All walls, flooring and furniture are completely covered with heavy-duty 7/10 mil. Plastic visqueen. Lighter, less expensive plastics are not used because they tend to tear easily, creating an opportunity for a mess. We do not use drop cloths that may scratch or re-use plastic. Water stains and smoke damaged areas are primed with low odor oil base sealers.

The Al-Pro team is amazing! I decided to go with them based on their excellent reviews on both Google & Yelp. Now that they finished removing all popcorn and placing a lite knockdown in my new home, I can contribute 5 stars to their record! Joe was very helpful setting up the meetings, and Mike and his crew did an excellent job preparing my entire home with plastic lining and even a better job cleaning up. As expected, when removing the plastic held by tape staples on the wall, paint is sometimes peeled off. Well, they patch all that up as well and I'm now ready to paint the rest

Fantastic work and customer service. Joe walked me through the entire process, very hands on. This family run business shows pride and a solid work ethic that is obviously instilled in all his employees. I had the sun room ceiling drywalled and painted. It was beautifully done. The condo's main area was popcorn sprayed. Beautiful, clean and uniform throughout. All the workers were professional, friendly and caring and no mess! What a pleasant experience.

I wish I had a before and after picture to post (I only posted the after picture) because they literally worked magic on my ceilings. Kevin and Steve came out and from the moment they walked in until the moment they left they were consummate professionals. They did what they said they were going to do, they were on time (early actually!) and they cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. Couldn't ask for better service or professionalism. This is the third time we have used Al-Pro for ceiling work in 2 different houses. Twice to have popcorn installed, this time for repairs to popcorn and a plaster ceiling. Mike finished up a while ago and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. You can't tell where the repairs were made in the ceilings, in the plaster or the popcorn. He did a great job of matching and was very neat-no spills or dust.

Have used this company twice in my home. Once to repair a ceiling and once to replace wet drywall. They have consistently been reliable, prompt, courteous, clean and have done great work. Not very pleased with the work done. We had our popcorn removed from the entire house, and it was just sloppy work overall. We have had a least half a dozen people independently (unprovoked by us asking their opinion!) tell us that our ceiling looks messy. And for the price we paid ($4500) I would expect a high quality finished product. In my living room I have a wave - not a straight line - between my ceiling and my wall. Sucks for us.
