Pedro & family were extremely responsive to our request for an Estimate. Once agreed to, their work was as expected and in a timely manner. They even did a recall for one side of our building because the neighbor did not allow access with a ladder in order to paint that side
Later on, I think at least a year later, the neighbor sold his property and the buyer was extremely cooperative, and when I called PhD, they finished the job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this company!!!

We used PhD Painting to paint the exterior of our home as well as our front door. Pedro was easy to work with and was very accommodating. I was trying to decide between a few colors so Pedro came and painted samples on 2 areas of our house so I could see how the colors looked at different times of the day. The actual process of painting the house was quick and painless and we are so happy with the results!

Pedro and his staff are top notch professional painters. They are extremely efficient and clean up after every job. My husband is disabled and it is hard for us to be away from the house for certain length of time. Pedro promised us that he would have a minimum of 2 of his staff at our house and get the job done within 3 days...he was on target.... So worth every penny we spent. We walked into a transformed home thanks to Pedro....our house was clean every night we came home.....

We used Pedro's company to paint a condo we were going to sell. Pedro messaged me here on Yelp and was extremely professional. He was on time for our appt and gave what I thought was a fair quote. His staff was great with communication and even came back for some very minor touch ups. The condo looked great when they were done. We put the condo on the market a couple days after they finished and had multiple offers within 24 hours. Very happy with their service.

PhD Painting is a very professional company who did an excellent job painting both my interior and exterior, after a complete house remodel. My general contractor originally hired an incompetent crew who ruined the interior remodeling job. I contacted PhD Painting and their crew conducted themselves like professional painters should, and went above and beyond to fix everything inside the house. I then hired them to paint the entire exterior, and it was also done perfectly. I even brought them back to repaint the exterior after some extensive stucco repairs, and they quickly completed the job

My review got a response from owner of PhD. Doesn't he know that as a professional painting contractor it is HIS job to catch all the sloppy work himself before he calls on a client. Yet for some reason the painter can't seem to notice overlapping paint, major drips, etc and then trys to pass it off as pre-existing, REALLY?!? And to add insult to injury, PhD is trying to pass the buck and blame the client instead of accepting responsibility not only as a professional but also as a grown up. The client isn't the painter, PhD was. My pics are real proof, not imaginary. My review is

I ALWAYS wait too long to get my tile roof cleaned... too many bad experiences with cleaners in the past!
The most typical problem has been too much bleach being used (even when they promised they weren't going to use it) and killing the plants around my house. And, of course, the fear that they are going to break tiles leading to leaks. One guy who came to give me an estimate had to be over 250 lbs...not on my roof!!
NONE OF THE ABOVE HAPPENED with PhD.
