I'm not a big fan of writing bad reviews, but I'm very unhappy with my carpet, so feel compelled. Things started in a promising way; we were looking for some carpet for our 10X14 bedroom and walk in closet. An easy, small job. Service was friendly and helpful, and we chose a carpet with a pattern of small diamonds. I'm going to say right here that this pattern has an obvious direction, and is very symmetrical when you view it in one direction, and not in the other. When I envisioned this carpet going in, it was with the pattern in the symmetrical direction from the entryway door
