Pimenta was given detailed instructions for what I wanted. Sized, shape, color of stone and walkway. I was extremely detailed. Pimenta doesnt give drawings or detailed estimate. Surprise. He ignored what I asked for, different size, shape, color. Even added elements to drive up price that weren't disclosed and definitely werent requested.
Immediately started having problems with stonework, but customer service is non- existant.

They might do the best stonework in the nation I dont know. What I do know is their truck number 37 was unloading trash in the middle lane of 267 during rush hour in Loudoun County VA (plastic bottles and bags) this is dangerous due to the high traffic not to mention it will drain directly into the Chesapeake bay considering the location. They will never get a dime from me!
