Unlimited oil services included are based upon the associated MINI vehicle Condition Based Service (CBS) system. Non-CBS vehicles: annual low-mileage oil changes are included as outlined in your MINI Maintenance Booklet. Available for all MINI vehicles that have reached 60 months or 60,000 miles and have no current MINI Maintenance+ coverage.

Plan is available for purchase once MINI vehicle has reached 54 months and has current Scheduled MINI Maintenance or MINI Maintenance+2 coverage. All work is carried out by MINI Trained Technicians using MINI Original Parts, which come with a two-year unlimited mileage limited warranty. Warranty repairs do not constitute an extension of the original limited warranty period for the vehicle or a part thereof.

We opened this MINI dealership on Atlantic Blvd in 2000 inside the former Tom Bush Auto-Plex. In 2012, we moved next door into our own brand-new facility to better serve our growing customers! My experience with Tom Bush MINI was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Everyone I had contact with was exceptional. There was no pressure whatsoever. I scheduled an appointment to service my tires on 12/22/2021 with Kristie but she was busy so I ended up working with Theresa. Walking through the door, Theresa was super sweet, very helpful, and super attentive. My mini needed four new tires, a cabin air filter, and front & back wiper blades. As always, they made sure my MINI was well taken care of. I waited at the dealership and Theresa even told me about the amazing cookies in the BMW dealership next door which is the first time I heard about it in the two years I have been servicing my vehicle here. Driving from FL north 1200+ miles, we weren't even out of the state and the need engine oil turns on. Oh F. Quick search shows this mini dealership and a phone calls gets the oil fill done! Yaya!

The service at Mini Dealerships in FL is outstanding. Compared to NY, they rock! Crystal popped out with a qt bottle of oil after a chat, I ran another scan, and off we go!

Tired from stopped traffic on I-95 and accidents adding tons of hours to our trip, with an old stinky breathed doggie and a parrot who likes to scream, we were outta there in minutes!

And the bathrooms are all gendered! Way

Excellent buying experience. Spoke with several dealerships in search of a 2022 Mini Cooper SE, most were slow in responding back, others didn't seem interested in checking actual inventory or what was allocated to dealership in build process. Todd went far beyond all others by being quick, to reply back and let me know options that were available. Pick up was seamless and staff professional and courteous. My only complaint is that this dealership is not closer to me.

Overall the experience was good. My car is running great. It was very clean. My car and the facility. They didn’t have a part and had to go get it so it took longer than expected but I was compensated with a discount. Staff was friendly. I was getting impatient and had to check and see if the part had arrived rather than being updated by the staff when it did arrive. Apart from that, leaps better than Charleston MINI

I cannot say enough amazing things about Todd! He was kind and helpful and genuinely cared about making sure I had all the info. The process was so simple and I love my car! Oh and the person who delivered the car was also great and the person who took care of the paperwork over the phone. Service department at Mini has a golden nugget by the name of Kristie R. I'm telling you her responsiveness , problem solving and just hustling to make things work for the customer makes dropping my Mini Cooper Mr Marshmallow and the Amex charge that goes with it with a smile. Just an update about my experience. I do remember after spending 4 hours at this place one of their associates made the comment of, "Oh youre still here?" Yes not like I can go anywhere you have my vehicle. A couple of weeks later from my visit I found out that a safety inspection was missed and got a notification from my odometer that an inspection was overdue. They let me drive out without even the proper inspection!

I regret the purchase of my 2016 Mini. I am partially to blame as I needed a car due to an auto accident. I bought a car I 100% HATE. I have owned the car less than 30 days and it has been back in for service 3 times. I expressed how much I hated this purchase and got an oh well. Oh well I will get rid of this car and not buy another Mini. Epic fail

Yesterday was an epic fail in the service department. Made an appt. and went in to check out a warning light. My car was taken and then an hour and a half later I am charged a fee for the service dept. working on my car for over an hour. (Confused) I only asked for a diagnosis to let me know if there was an actual problem since the warning lights only came on twice then didn't come on again. Instead, I was informed they "worked" on the car for all that time and could not diagnose a problem but to come back if the warning lights came on again. I was not consulted. I was not

Since making the previous post, I have calmed down, and have spoken with BJ, the service director, I have discussed my issues, concerns and experiences with him. BJ assured me that he would take this as an opportunity to coach his service team, that the customer comes FIRST and that he appreciated my "Honest, direct, to the point and forthright"comments. However, having said all of this, I don't know IF I will EVER return to a Tom Bush Mini dealership!!!!!!

This is a review for the service department, not the sales. (I will say the sales men/women are great and quite polite and I've never been hassled about upgrading my car when I'm there.)

I've had to bring my MINI in a couple of times since we purchased her used (elsewhere) and I've always received top notch service from Tom Bush. They are slow but I believe that is due to the high volume of service. They are thorough and will do the best work possible on your MINI with only approved parts. (They also make sure your car leaves clean, with a complimentary bath.)

We have a 2009 Clubman S. This is the most expensive to maintain vehicle I've owned. A battery cost $450.00, the trim around the windows has disintegrated, but is not covered by warranty.

While the car has been fun to drive and the dealership accommodating, don't buy one unless you understand what it cost to maintain it.

I went to Tom Bush MINI in January looking for a used NEW TO ME car. They didn't have anything I was interested in the day I went. I was blessed to work with Daniel Howard. He was NOT pushy, condescending, or in a hurry. He asked what I wanted in my new car, jotted it down, and told me he'd contact me if something came in with what I wanted. He emailed me the information and pictures of a car I'd be interested in within two days. It had everything in my wish list including my price range. I AM SO PROUD TO BE THE OWNER OF A MINI COOPER S. I STILL LOVE LOVE LOVE this car!

My car has been there since March 4th, 2016. They have had it for over two months.

They replaced the cylinder head a few months ago and now it needs another new one.

It took them 2 weeks to diagnose the problem. They initially told me the repairs would be covered under a parts warranty. Two weeks later they said the repairs would not be covered.

A month later they still have the car and they say they don't actually know if it is covered by the warranty or not. It will cost me $500 to find out. Be h said if the valve seat is burned it would be covered. if not, it wouldn't.

I bought my 2016 JCW COOPER on February 27. Im still waiting on my tag from the dealer.(3/31/16)i was told the DMV sight was down for one and half weeks (thats strange)
I'm driving my new car with a expired tag.Because my dealer did not have a back up plan for if the DMV web-sight is down(supposedly). I was never informed of this problem. As Im responsible for my payments on time they should also be equally responsible to process my tag on time. Finance manager and finance department just gave excuses for their mistake.still waiting on tag.The only reason I'm giving the 3 stars because
