He came to my house June 2,2021 and said I had squirrels 🐿 in my wall. He put up a door outside for the squirrels to go out and not come back in and was suppose to come back in a week to complete the job. he was has not answered his phone it is now July 8,2021. I started to hear the squirrels again so now I’m questioning the door he put on the vent. He definitely made sure he got paid and did not finish his job. I do not recommend

CONSUMER BEWARE- Avoid this business by all means necessary. This is a scam business that preys on people in vulnerable situations. I was guaranteed the removal of squirrels from my home. After objecting to paying the full (overpriced) amount upfront, the technician told my roomate that I asked him to pay and ran his card without my permission. He then never completed the job and refused to provide a refund. When I tried to contact him he ignored my every call and text. I contacted him from a different number and he hung up on me. This business should be reported to the better business bureau.

Called for inspection of house due to hearing scratching noises believed to be from squirrels. Matt came out next day and did a thorough inspection of complete exterior and interior of the house. Unfortunately he was unable to find source of entry due to these sneaky pests, but did recommend alternative solutions to rid pests such as bait and trap them. I'm still debating on it, but will definitely keep him in mind. Charge was not free, but reasonable for inspection. Price would go into fee of work if proceeded. He also helped me set up my current trap.
