If I could give them 0. STARS I WOULD. I bought my car and in LESS THAN 2 MONTHS CAR IT GOT BROKEN, went directly to them and they told me - in the most rude tone- that they could do nothing since I didn’t buy the extra warranty - THEY PURSUE ME TO BUY THE WARRANTY AS IF THEY KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. Please don’t waste your money and go trustworthy car dealership. Unreliable cars and horrible costumer service experience.

Jay was super helpful and really made our car buying process easy! After trying to buy a car from Karplus and having them add on $4,000 of imaginary fees, we were skeptical of the similar low prices at this dealership. But Jay gave us a detailed breakdown of the fees and was honest about which fees were optional. He also took $200 off the final price for my brother's car and $40 off mine. 10/10 recommend buying a car from this place!

This place doesn’t know how to sell cars , they won’t even go down a dollar on any of there luxury cars , All the cars were extremely dirty , And some didn’t turn on when the guy was showing me , also the guy was high off something because his eyes were extremely red and smelled horrible.. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE there is plenty of better used car dealers in Garden Grove and Riverside, Do NOT settle for the first thing you see , especially here !!

Great experience with Kenneth! I walked in and he was very helpful. My husband actually went the day before and test drove it. I came the next day and the entire time I was not rushed. He explained the process so that I can understand. My husband and I felt welcomed even when they were closing he stayed and talked to use about all our options. There was never any pressure. My wife and I bought a car here a few months ago(just now getting to review)
We ended up buying what we came there to see and drove it off that night. We did come across an issue really quick but everything was eventually resolved. The staff was responsive and the owner was easy to work with. I really don't need the "trust me, I got you" or "to be honest, you're not gonna find a better deal" lingo which I did hear a bit but overall good experience and we love the car still

Ross and Jay are amazing. I drove from Orange County to Venice. There was no pressure to buy a car and they gave us 100% of their time and attention. I had questions on the maintenance that was done and the mechanic came to discuss these items and even give me copies of the work orders. Financing was easy, the staff were all very nice, the shop was clean and the selection of cars is crazy for how few there are everywhere else. I will 100% do business with them again!

I first want to get a shot out to sales man Jay! I feel anyone looking for a new/used care shouldn't be pressured into buying it. People should buy a car that they feel is right for them personally. As a first time buyer and places I've been too in my car search I felt pressured and even almost signed to the contract without formally agreeing to it. I must say Jay provided me the information I needed and the car sold it's self. I really do love my 2013 Kia Optima because the car spoke to me and I was sold on it. I worked with Jay to buy a car. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I was offered when I came on site. They even worked with me to accept a personal check since my bank has no physical branches and getting a cashier's check is difficult. He was very friendly and very honest. A straight shooter. No haggling. I highly recommend him and the dealership. I have had the car for 4 weeks now and no issues have arisen.

After being given the run around by other dealerships, Alex at Royal Auto was straight forward, understood what I wanted and what I was working with and made the buying process BEYOND easy. Made sure the car I was interested was pulled out and ready to go for a test drive, gave me straight forward pricing and terms and overall very personable and easy to talk to. Gave my boyfriend and I the best deal for auto insurance on our four cars and made sure I drove off happy with my purchase. I didn't actually end up buying a car here due to unrelated reasons but I thought I'd leave a review since this is my first time trying to buy a car and I had a pretty good experience here. I was helped by Jay and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, and even gave me a lot of general advice unprompted which I really appreciate. Purchased my first vehicle from here, I was hesitant about the entire process so I have been holding off for months and I also wanted to find the right vehicle. Alex P was super helpful on the phone and in person, he really made my car buying experience a great one. He made me and my boyfriend feel comfortable the whole time, answered all of our questions and was super knowledgeable about every car on the lot. I never once felt pressured into a sale.
I stumbled upon a newer Chevy Volt with low miles and I am beyond happy with it, truly more than I expected to end up with today. Today was awesome! Thanks again to Alex for the awesome customer service and working with me!
