Horrible admin experience. Completely unprofessional. AND, I still have pest issues. Will never use again and NEVER recommend using them.
The person that does the actual job is super sweet and professional. Then… it stops there!!!
Company never followed up on my outdoor treatment. They were very rude on the phone and told me that since it was… past the time from the indoor treatment, my warranty was void. How in the world can my warranty be void if you never finish the job appropriately?? I hope no one ever has to deal with this company as I did. Completely worthless! Waste of money
