Riley and an associate he was training were here and they were wonderful - very nice, professional and informative. I am on a maintenance plan and they shared a lot of helpful info as well as replacing a part that was not working properly. I really appreciated their positive, friendly attitudes and service.

We had a full A/C replacement performed by Quality Comfort. Our old A/C was 18 years old and we decided after its last repair to give it the DNR. Everything from the estimating, the scheduling, and the installation was fantastic from start to finish. They utilize excellent up-to-date technological tools to communicate with as well. We're so happy that we're starting fresh with a brand new A/C from Quality Comfort and will now be using this one company alone to maintain this unit for the rest of its life. Quality Comfort AC was the first company we called, and the first to respond on a Saturday. Our tech, Damion, was very polite, and professional. He got here fast and quickly accessed our ac unit. He changed the part, and we had cold ac within 20 minutes of his arrival. I was also extremely impressed when he pointed out some causes for concern, and what we can do to help our ac last a little bit longer. All this and under $240.
We knew we would need to replace the system in the near future when we purchased the house 10 months ago and will definitely be contacting them when we are ready.

Damion is wonderful! Called today with a blocked line and he responded and was at my home with in 20 minutes. AC working great an hour later. He installed my unit a little over a year ago and I was impressed by his knowledge and the time he spent on educating me on the difference in systems quoted by other companies. Definitely recommend for all your AC needs.

We have been using these guys for years. Our AC has been needing a Band-Aid every year due to house issues and we've had to wait for a new one. Damian is our go-to guy who always remembers the issues we have and he always fixes the AC wonderfully. We finally got to get a new AC last week and Damien and his crew installed it. Our old one was full of mold and yuck and they redid everything for us. They raised it up on the outside, did the inside the garage beautifully. Here are before and after pictures.
