We used Steve Hoskins for our new AC unit install. Went in with the neighbor to get a discount on the crane for the roof. Very accommodating and punctual. If any problems, they show up right away and fix it. Prices seem reasonable. Folks on the phone at the office are nice too.

I have tried for 9 weeks to speak w mr Hoskins. If we dont get a call back tomorrow then I'll have to admit it that the company has no customer service. Fran(admin) asked me to stop calling and I explained all I want to do is discuss w owner who promised 1 year parts and labor in front of 2 witnesses and invoice. I've been patient , 9 weeks is way to long for a call and your company blocked our number. For someone w this much respectful referrals to do this over $350 is pathetic, it doesnt make sense. they had no problem cashing check which was followed up by bad customer service. My
