Used Cool Rays to service my a/c unit because the previous owner of the home used them. I'm definitely glad I did!! Travis was right on time as well as professional and very knowledgeable. We have used Cool Rays a few times for service on our old system. I always found them to be honest and trust worthy. We recently needed a new A/C unit and had no hesitation in going with them. Robyn answered my call promptly and early in the morning when our system stopped working. Travis came out the same day to look at the system. We ended needing a new system and Clayton was able to locate a new unit very quickly for us, in a time when everything is hard to come by. Clayton even set us up with a temporary cooling unit, which was much appreciated. Travis installed the new unit, along with A.J

The three guys that perform replacing our ducts and vents did an awesome job. They completed the work within two days. We have notice a great difference with the new ducts that were replaced. We have been working on eliminating the source of mode in our home for two years and this was the last job that we hope will help us breath easier.
I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. They know their stuff and recommendations that they made and we agreed too will help condition our air throughout our home.

What an awesome company! We called that morning when our ac stopped working, and we were scheduled just a few hours later that day. Everything was very clear from the beginning. They sent texts confirming a timeframe, came exactly when they said they would, were able to fix it right then, and checked everything very thoroughly. We were so impressed that we bought the maintenance plan, and we’ve never done that before!

Everyone else tried to charge us thousands of dollars and/or sell us a new system. Clayton came out, in a heavy rain storm, immediately upon receiving our call. He is polite, professional and very kind. He completely understood our needs and helped us without charging us a crazy amount.
I will never call any other AC repair-person.

Clayton did a great job! He was conscious of Covid concerns as well as as not tracking any mud into the house. He communicated with us as to when he was coming, he was on time, worked quickly, and explained everything to us. They installed our unit last year and definitely stand behind their work but I would have been happy to call them even if they hadn't installed our unit!

I called Cool Rays at 04:12pm and Travis B. (the technician) showed up at 5:43pm, the SAME DAY!! Talk about quick service!! Given the fact that our AC unit is 15 years old, he was able to get it working again, blowing ice cold air, and set up an appointment on Saturday (3 days later) for someone to come give us an estimate on a new unit! He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend this company! I gave them 5 stars but they are definitely worth 10!! Highly recommend!!!

I called and the girl who answered was very friendly and professional. She sent Travis out right away to run a diagnostics on our AC, he was very prompt and informative, walked me through everything, and discussed options and prices with me prior to doing anything. He was able to work with me with solutions that worked within my budget but also got the job done. He took his time and answered all of my questions without hesitation or seemingly getting annoyed (I asked a LOT of questions). My AC wasn't working, and of course, it was the weekend so I couldn't get any other company to answer the phone. Called Cool Rays and they were out within an hour or so. Fixed my AC, quoted me a price on a new one, and underbid my other quotes significantly. Decided I would give Cool Rays my business after talking with the owner and learning about… his journey into the AC business. I was able to get an appointment with Clayton the next day on a Sunday morning after setting up an appointment with Robyn and then cancelling to call back in a couple hours to reschedule.
