Barrett Floors was founded by Christopher Barrett. Christopher has been a part of our community for his entire life, having been born in Prescott and raised in Chino Valley, Arizona. Christopher has more than 20 years of experience working in the flooring industry. He worked as both an installer and a flooring sales consultant before deciding to open his own business, so he's deeply experienced in all facets of the industry.

Even the operations manager Ken told me in writing that I had experienced the worst experience with Barrett Floors. They did such a terrible job on the flooring and kitchen that it all had to be torn out. They still owe me thousands of dollars in a promised refund for work they didn’t even complete. Their workers take liberties with projects, don’t do change orders and are downright rude and inconsiderate. The worst experience ever. They did weird caulking in of the cabinets, installed a broken sink, didn’t have even spacing in the grout, used the wrong color grout and so many more things

We worked with Aubrey to replace our kitchen quartz countertops and ceramic backsplash. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of work done, and in a timely manner by all of their subcontractors/employees. They also handled the unexpected need to replace the drywall behind the backsplash in a way that did not impact our schedule. Lastly the service manager (Tom) himself did some final small drywall and texturing touchup (that would have been very difficult to find a texture person to do such a small project). We highly recommend this company.

We are building our new home and went to Barrett Floors to pick out the flooring for the entire house. Michael was the rep that assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting us with our choices. Michael was also helpful in color coordinating the flooring so it flows from one room to another.
