Degree in Specialized Technology in the field of Carpentry and Cabinet-making from Johnson College, Scranton, PA. Earned Master Finisher in furniture and architectural restoration at Minuteman Refinishing School, WI. We can replace your existing floor with a brand new quality hardwood floor and custom finish.

A new hardwood floor install and finish can vary depending on species, grade, size and type of finish you choose. However, we will generally be about 30% less expensive than any flooring store since we do not have store-front overhead and we buy direct from the mills. Refinishing your hardwood flooring can vary depending on the type of finish you choose and the condition of your floor.

When I look for a contractor there are many things to consider. Are they licensed? During the interview will they listen and carefully reflect back the scope of the work? What about experience and answering all questions? Does the estimate appear to be fair considering the scope of the work and the process and materials to be used? Will they be reliable once the job begins to finish within agreed upon time frame? Will they be respectful of our home and property? Do they come recommended by others in the community?
In short Delta Plus checks all these boxes and more. Charlie does all the work himself

Charlies takes great pride in his work and it shows in the finished product. He refinished 75 year old oak floors by gently and minimally removing old finish so we could preserve the patina of the old floors - but new finish is now hard but perfect sheen to still look old - which is what we wanted. He made sure we were happy with color and sheen. He is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Recommend working with Charles at Delta Plus

Charlie, is a "wood wizard" He did a excellent job for us!! He was very detailed and knowledgeable throughout the process. In addition, he explained all the steps involved and very sensitive to our special needs from beginning to end. Charlie refinished our wood floors and they are beyond our expectations :))

Charlie came highly recommended to us from a friend. We were told his attention to detail was to the highest standard. We have had many contractors work with us in the past, and I’ve always been dissatisfied with their work. They say anything just to get your contract. Charlie at Delta Plus was Stellar!!!!! He did everything he said he would do and more. He completed our home , putting in Bamboo flooring. I’m very picky and there was not one thing I was dissatisfied with. Charlie made a house a home. He installed our floors 13 years ago. We called him to refinish them after a kitchen remodel had dulled them.
It brought back memories of how much meticulous he is about the wood. I guess it is because he comes from a furniture background.
I highly recommend Delta Plus. Don't know how to post an image but suffice to say the warm perfection of the floors make our home warm and inviting.

Charles refinished our living room and dining room floor. It is just beautiful! The color blends in with the floors in the rest of our home. His work is very professional and exceptional. No mess. Did three coats of finish, too. I called most of his referrals and everyone had glowing comments to say about his work and him. We left for a week while he did the job and when we returned it was just perfect. We highly recommend him and his company.

Delta Plus installed hardwood floors in our new home almost 10 years ago. They are still absolutely beautiful and everyone who walks into our home comments on the floors. Unfortunately, we had a pipe break in the outside wall of our master bedroom and the room was totally flooded. Charlie sanded and refinished the floor in the master bedroom and bathroom and they look brand new! He comes to work when promised, finishes on time, and doesn't add any extra fees or charges to his estimate. Delta Plus is the best!
