Bought a new garage door/motor/keypad
from Home Depot. They sent Day and Nite to install. The keypad has always had issues regardless of new batteries, car remotes continually need reprogramming, garage door motor jerks and shakes the house when opening and the sensors also show an error and the garage door never closes. I called and called Home Depot and I never get a call back. Nothings worse than pouring rain and running in the house to open your "automatic" garage door then getting in your car soaking wet and then forcing the garage to close. We're bummed out!!

One of the glass panels on our garage door cracked into 3 pieces... I called Day and Nite Doors and Oscar answered. He guided me over the phone how to find the manufacturer sticker on the side of the door.. He then researched to find out if the glass was still available to order which Thank God it was. Oscar went the extra mile and was very helpful. The charge for the glass was very reasonable. Our garage door is as good as new now. Thank you, Day and Nite Doors.

Had an appointment with Oscar for this morning to get a quote on new garage doors, so I stayed home from work and he never showed up and didn't call. I called the office and could only leave a message for him. If this is how they treat me when getting a quote I can imagine how they would treat me as a customer. Calling someone else and recommend you do the same.

After a not great initial service (a missed appointment time window), Day & Nite Doors repaired my garage door to my satisfaction. My garage doors are very heavy and I've long been searching for an adequate solution. Oscar, who has done great work, suggested using commercial, heavy duty all-metal rollers. This solution seems to be working very well.

*** OUTRAGEOUS PRICES*** My sister called me and said her garage door wouldn't open anymore. I told her more than likely, it's the spring. There are two of them and they break from normal wear and tear. I told her to wait until I get into town, since she parks outside and I will take care of it. They normally cost between $25 - $45 and they come in a 2-pack.
Well, my sister never listens and she called "Day and Nite." They charged her $139 for the service call. The guy came out and said, "Yup, the spring is broken." It probably took him a whole 5 seconds. That&apos

Day & Nite Doors did a fantastic job installing a Chamberlain B970 garage door opener for me.
Sonia was super friendly on the phone and was able to schedule a service for the very next day.
Lenny, the installer was truly an experienced professional that knew what he was doing. You could tell that he had been working on garage doors for a very long time just by chatting with him (turns out its 30+ years).
He was meticulous with his work: made sure that the low voltage wires for the photoelectric eyes were straight and tight; checked all the door panels for creaks and the railings for

Would not recommend at all. Used them on recommendation by Landlord for my business door. Came out before it was $382 for 30 minutes work. Expensive, but fine if it's fixed.
Not more than 6 months later, door wouldn't close again. Called them out and they didn't fix it, but still charged $382 for it...plus they need to order a part to replace it.
Waited for quote...it was $1295(!!!!). No breakdown of cost of parts and labor etc. I asked for breakdown and got no response.
So called other companies to price it. Other companies would come out first time to consult and then give you

I called and ask for them to come and give me an estimate, it says free estimates on their ad, they came, they gave me an estimate and I said I will go with someone else who gave me a way cheaper price than theirs and they said well, you will have to pay us for coming to you and I said sorry, I'm not gonna do that, it says right there on your car, free estimates...

**UPDATE** In response to the business owners comments, I was not understanding of the situation that happened to me rather i knew getting upset over the phone wouldn't help my case and the person i was speaking to wasn't the root cause of my problem. However, it's a very poor business practice to not inspect all items when they arrive from the manufacturer. They received the items on Tuesday for a Friday installation and no one thought to look at what actually arrived prior to loading them on the truck and sending the installer on their way. We did the scheduled correction settled

Ridiculous...we have a 2 month old...have a wife waiting to take a shower because I would be busy with the estimator. An hour and fifteen minutes LATE. I finally get a call and she proceeds to tell me the estimator isn't even in the office today. Give me a break. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
Update...
They blocked me on Facebook so I couldn't leave this same review. I guess if a company does that, its pretty darn easy to have a high rating. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

I contacted them three weeks ago to replace a store front door. They assigned me to Kevin Branch. Who ridiculously sent me an estimate for $14682 (which is no more that $1200 to $1300) and that also after calling him several times which he never answers your calls and called the company several times. They assigned me another person who lied to me that he would go and take the measurements. It's been three weeks they still have not given me a correct estimate or called me. There is no super wiser, no rules on top of that extremely bad service. Do not trust them or deal with them. You will

I purchased a garage door opener from Home Depot with installation to be completed by Day & Nite. Installer was a no show for our Monday afternoon appointment, and four days later I'm done waiting for D&N to return my call to reschedule. After I described Day & Nite's lack of customer service, Home Depot quickly refunded the purchase. I will look for a better run business, and I suggest that other Yelpers do the same.
