I have been very happy since switching to PROS Heating & Air Conditioning as soon as I was able to at the expiration of my 5-year warranty with another HVAC company. I was stupid to not have switched sooner, given all the issues that I, and neighbors had with the former HVAC company. Any and all questions and concerns I have had since switching to PROS have been answered and resolved immediately. I have also referred three (3) different people to PROS since I switched, which is not something I typically will do...and for sure never did with my former HVAC company. I had a problem with my unit on Sat AM (didn't catch right away cuz still cool enough). Of course 100 with humidity out! I called about noon and got first appt on Monday. Have contract. I was a tad confused about how contract read about emergency coverage... They honored without batting an eye, first thing Sunday morning got home from church and there was a guy pulling in. Kaleb was waiting and eager to assist me. He had an answer and fix in 10 min after giving the system the lookover... He even cleaned out the drain line just to make sure it didn't become an issue (maybe missed on service but

Walked into the office on July 5th, now a holiday, to a broken AC. I called a few places and PROS Heating & Air was the only place that said they were able to come out and take a look. Within just a couple of hours Wesley showed up, diagnosed the problem, found the part that was needed, and gave us cool air. Would definitely recommend them. Did an excellent job!

I rarely write reviews but these guys fixed our HVAC today and were great! They were the second company we had out after the diagnosis and quote from the first one wasn't adding up. They found the problem quickly and came back the same day to fix it after getting parts, and didn't try to push any extra unnecessary services like many companies do. I don't know much about heating/cooling so they were great about answering any questions I had. Heat is working much better now and as an unexpected bonus it is also much quieter!

I highly recommend PROS Plumbing, Heating and Air. Their customer service is exemplary. They were able to come the same day I called and on a busy Saturday. Because of the age of my AC I decided it would be wise to replace the unit. Wesley was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me make that decision and even brought me a portable AC to use until the installation of the new system!! I wouldn't hesitate to use PROS. I cannot thank Wesley enough from PROS Heating and Air for coming to our aid when our AC copped out on us Friday night. I called around everywhere Saturday morning and I got a hold of Heather who was the absolute sweetest! She was able to have Wesley come out in 2 hours!! Wesley got here and immediately knew what the problem was when he checked out our unit. He was able to replace a part and had our AC up and running in no time! We used this company to replace some duct work in our house and also to reinstall a thermostat that my husband improperly wired

Quick and reliable. We called and the receptionist was pleasant and friendly and very helpful. She told us that the owner was in the area and could come out that day, which he did after a short wait. Our drain pan was full in the attic and leaking into the kitchen through the roof. So grateful we didn't have to wait and he was able to assess the issue, fix it temporarily so that he could come back and fix it the next day. The owner seemed very honest and helpful. He stayed over the time quoted and didn't charge us. Thank you.

This company is amazing! I've dealt with several other local companies and I've been extremely dissatisfied to put it kindly. They showed me, dear reader... They showed me there are great and honest AC people out there. Wesley, went out of his way to ensure not just my satisfaction with the work, but also altered the drain line (the people who installed it did not put a condensation trap in) and cleaned the condenser coil. The evap coil needed replacing. Was a $900 repair, but Everything works great! I am very satisfied with this company and will recommend them to every buddy I know.
