Fogle/Stenzel Architects, Inc. is designed to assure a personal service to each client in managing their capital dollars. Ken Fogle and Jeff Stenzel created a personal service firm after having held management positions in a large corporate practice in Cleveland. They chose to establish a firm in which they could provide direct services to each of their clients on an individual project basis.
Eric Schneider is a Senior LEED ("green") AP BD+C Architect with the company Since 1998. Eric continues to play a key role in the development of contract documents and construction administration within the firms practice. Jeff has moved to a consulting role in code analysis and cost estimating.
This core, experienced, team draws upon support staff and appropriate engineering consultants to work with each client from initial budgeting and design concepts through occupancy.Clients are not passed on to other people or departments as their project develops. Fogle/Stenzel Architects strives to assure that clients manage their capital to gain the greatest building value throughout the changing life of each project.

These facilities include: open market condominium renovations for disabled persons served by United Cerebral Palsy, clustered homes for 20 persons with developmental and emotional disabilities, mental health service housing in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Lake and Summit Counties, Single Room Occupancy and short term housing for men and women in drug/alcohol rehabilitation programs and elderly assisted living and skilled nursing homes.

The 1874 Rhodes Mansion, formerly the County Archives Building was acquired by Welcomes for renovation into 24 apartments for persons who have aged out of foster care and who have developmental disabilities. The renovations for permanent supported housing will preserve the original mansion for, community spaces, and resident support areas while converting the 1914 rear county boys home to new efficiency one and 2 bedroom apartments.
The The Winton on Lorain completed renovation of the historic Ohio Freight Building on Lorain Avenue for permanent supported housing of 40 adults. 36 residential units are within the existing building and four step up units are within the new detached Townhouse. New building amenities, community spaces, and resident support areas areincluded in the main building.
Fogle/Stenzel Architects have been providing repeat services for the upgrading and remodeling of this 200 acre retirement community in Chagrin Falls since 2000. Initial work included the re-imaging of the 14 Hillside townhouse unit with improved entries, windows and energy performance. The firm remodeled this 30 year old 3 story apartment building from R-2 apartments into 86 I-1 assisted living units.
