Before the appointment I did not know the technician would need hot water from the tap in my house nor did I know that he would be disposing of the waste water in the toilet. He looked into rooms instead of asking for the restroom to dump water 🤔. Fortunately they have a policy to redo if notified within 7 days of service if the customer is not satisfied with initial cleaning. I should have been patient and waited a few days for the other company to fit me into their schedule.

Amazing! This has been the absolute best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever had. I tried big name companies before, cost me more and left me with the same mess I’d started with. Not so with Kinco! I was sure I was going to have to replace the carpet after the sick puppy “soiled” it two nights in a row. Kinco not only saved the carpet, but the stench is gone, and it looks brand new! Super friendly, helpful, courteous, considerate of COVID-19 restrictions, efficient, and professional business. My only regret is not having used this company sooner. But I will be using them again!

Kinco is now my go-to carpet cleaning service. They were in and out quickly and efficiently. Father and son are vety nice. My carpet upstairs is almost 25 years old! Kinco took spots out other cleaners never could. I waited a couple months to post this because I was sure those spots would come back. But they didn't. Highly recommend you call Kinco for your carpet cleaning.

Kinco Carpet cleaning is the best! I have used Rob to clean my carpets for more than 20 years- he is honest, friendly and extremely thorogh. My carpet has lasted so long because of the meticulous way he cleans it- I can honestly say it looks brand new after all of these years. I highly recommend Kinco- they are not like those commercial carpet cleaners that come in and the stains reappear 3 days later- you also know who is coming to your house which is very important to me!
