I had such a great experience with Monster Movers! Christy was an absolute lifesaver when I ended up with an oversize piece of furniture in my driveway and no way to get it up my narrow stairs alone. Michael & co (sorry, I didn't get the other gentleman's name) were super responsive and helpful. They managed to get a monstrous shelving unit up a narrow, twisty set of stairs. Couldn't be happier — thanks, guys!

The only Movers we could find that actually answered the phone. Bonus that they were able to provide overnight storage too. We called over 20 “Movers” in the area to be blown off or they simply didn’t exist. Overall the crew was stellar. They padded and protected the heck out of all our stuff. No damage and the price was fair.

I just had a fabulous move from two people through monster movers . Ron & Casey. They did phenomenal. I called Sara this morning and she sent 2 people within an hour. It was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move. Whether it is just unload or a full move. They are on time and very great at moving at a great pace. I hired this company because of good price.I had one oversize couch that needed to be hoisted through the window they did a great job not even one scratch on a couch,neither on walls,it was wrapped,protected professionally and went in very smoothly guys were awesome! Definetly would recommend monster movers to anyone looking to move in the future.

Here is a live review! I had scheduled and confirmed my move for today between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. It's now 2:00 and not only are they not here, but they have stopped communicating with me. I am suppose to be out be end of the day and Monster Movers just screwed me. No heads up, no updates, no nothing. I hope people read these reviews and I am going to post this on every social media page you have. I planned my move 2 months in advance and was not told until 30 minutes before the movers' arrival that it is cash only. Mind you, they charge $171 an hour (for 2 guys 1 truck) on Sep 1 moves, so that was $684 I was supposed to just have on hand. They refused to accept any other payment method and instead I had to get a friend to instant transfer money to my account (because I was planning to use my credit card) go to an ATM during my move and received no discount at all. Used Monster Movers Braintree for a long distance move for my parents. We used the Rhode Island location last month for a local move and decided to try them again. Karen gave us an estimate that was within $20 of the actual final bill. The moving crew was amazing - they had my parents stuff to Orlando in 4 days. No other company we talked to was even close to that timeframe which we required because this was my parents first move in 40 years. I highly recommend Monster Movers -everyone has always been helpful and professional

Excellent service! They came through in a very difficult 4th floor move which I needed done in two days. They took great care of my furniture while maintaining a professional and polite atmosphere. The office makes sure everything is explained and the estimates are clear. When it comes to movers, there are allot of factors to consider when hiring, but Monster Movers is a great choice.
