GreenLight Roofing uses the manufacturers recommended 1 1/4 nail. For most our projects, we use coil. Some feel that coil nails can be over driven through the shingle, leaving nothing to hold it down to the roof. While we have seen examples of this in the field, we have also seen overdriven nails that were hand nailed.

All I can say is WOW!! We've had a few estimates for roofing repair and no one had done a thorough job of inspecting our roof for problems. Vincent came out and inspected our roof and attic, provided pictures, and gave us an estimate we thought was very fair for the job. We were impressed with the time he spent with us as no one had ever been so thorough.
When it came time for repairs, it was found that there was a little more of the roof that needed repair. Victor made sure we knew about the damage and fixed it as needed for a proper repair instead of leaving it. He even absorbed the extra expense

It's rare that you call a company to set up a date to get an estimate for repairs and you end up getting that estimate, inspection, and repair all in the same day!!! Martin was on time, very professional, and explained all options to me for my roof repair. There was no pressure to replace the roof, just plain old honesty, which I truly appreciate. His guys did an excellent job in timely fashion and the owner was kind enough to follow up with me about my satisfaction. I'll call no other company when it's time for a roof replacement, thanks again Vincent!
