Flagstone recently completed the project of replacing my entire roof after hail and wind damage occurred several months ago. Being that this was the first time I had ever had to replace something on my house through my homeowners insurance, they went above and beyond to educate me on how the process worked and were very helpful in getting my claim processed as quickly as possible.
I think the thing I appreciated the most was how responsive they were. Joe, Justin and Anthony always either answered my call - or called/texted me back very quickly.. and never seemed to get annoyed with my many questions

We had an amazing experience with Flagstone roofing while we got our roof replaced. Our roof was damaged last year with hail storm in Leander, Texas and we’re really concerned with the roof and contacted Flagstone roofing company. Right from the roof inspection, and explaining the process to deal with insurance company and roof replacement Justin and his team did an amazing job. They were professional, service was on time. Flagstone roofing did a wonderful job fixing my roof up after a storm caused some damage! right when i was losing hope, they came in and saved the day giving me a wonderful new roof. their quality and work ethic is incredible. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The customer service is wonderful I had a young man named Connor that guided me through every step of what the company was going to do. He was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend contacting him if you need an estimate or would like to schedule an appointment. Second of all the company did a phenomenal job on my roof. They were efficient, well mannered, and very fast. They all seemed highly skilled. I would recommend flagstone roofing for anyone if u want the job done and done right.

I did not use this company, that is my full disclosure. However, my neighbor did. I will not use this company because of how they treated my property (again, I did not use them). I respect my neighbors too much to use this company. Not only did they have tarps, tools, trash cans, and various other garbage in my side yard, but they also had so much garbage in my backyard that is was flat out disrespectful. After I confronted the employees, they attemtped to inform me that half of the side yard belonged to my neighbor. I let them know the stuff touching my house was not on my neighbor's half of the

I met him while walking through my neighborhood while he was building a roof and he told me how I may have storm damage. After meeting with him and allowing him to do an inspection on my property he showed me a report validating that there was storm damage. He referred me to his public adjuster and got the roof all paid for, built the roof in one day, and got me new gutters. I’m grateful that I worked with Flagstone Roofing
