Architects and engineers are predominately specifying TPO on new construction, and reputable manufacturers routinely offer NDL (no dollar limit) warranties. Additionally, installing quality TPO requires certified installers and which prevents part time roofers from installing projects they have no business quoting.

We had a difficult project down in Galveston, but Austin and his crew were more than up for the task. They were very helpful in troubleshooting the issues we had and stayed until the job was done and we were satisfied. I also enjoyed the videos they provided; it was great to show our investors where there money was going! Would definitely recommend them.
