Before Harvey our roof was hit by a wind storm, during Harvey our roof started leaking even more, our ceiling was falling apart. The insurance company denied and denied our claim, a year went by and we received a call and it was Ascension Roofing. They informed me they had a law firm on staff and could assist in starting the claim back up. Several weeks later we had a new roof. Ascension sent a team over and 2 days later just like that a new roof. Thank you. Edward was our Salesman and super to work with.

My experience with Ascension Roofing was great. They handled everything professionally from start to finish. It was discovered that there was some extra work that needed to be done on my roof. They immediately contacted my insurance company and got approval for this extra work to be covered. I was also very happy with the workmanship. The crew was obviously very highly skilled. I have and will continue to recommend Ascension Roofing to anyone who needs roof work done on their home.

Stay away!!! When it was time to deliver they ran away with our money. They may have good reviews(which is now suspect) but just in this one transaction you can tell the company is one to avoid. They started out friendly and helpful but things turned sour quickly once they couldnt deliver. They were to install my roof but needed HOA approval. Finally after one year, we got the HOA approval. When we thought we were going to install the roof, they said they couldnt put the roof around the turrets because they couldn't find an installer. This was the first time they said that to us. Gary and his team performed a full remodel on my house after flood damage. His team did an excellent job in communicating and assisting in turning my vision into a reality. His services were a life-saver and I truly know my house is now in better repair than it was before!
