Best experience ever - effortless moving for me - I literally focus only on taking my Dog with me - the movers got everything ready - I packed during the weekend and labeled all boxes and then came early morning to protect my other furniture and ready to move everything!!

Sandy and Alvaro are the definite employees to be highlighted. Sandy always picks up the phone with her friendly attitude and great experience she always gets the job done. When someone buys a business they buy its trader name amongst other assets believing that the value of the trade name is a guarantee of business. Our move with Online Movers is a prime example of what not to do why you buy a business. We had 3 experiences with Online Movers and its predecessor. The 1st 2 moves were outstanding with comparable service experiences 7 years apart.

I had the best experience!!! I have really delicate furniture, specially all white to be more specific and I did not want anything to get dirty that was my biggest concern. These hard workers washed their hands many times, I also provided them with a big purell hand sanitizer and masks in case they needed some. Everything came out very smooth, furniture was perfectly fine and clean placed in my new home.

The worst experience that can happen to a client, I have made more than 15 moves between international and local in the last 25 years. I have never had such a bad experience as the one I had with this company Online Movers & Storage; they packed and made my Weston's move to their wineries in March 2020, where they had all my household items for almost 7 months, in October 2020 they unpacked everything again in the city of Miami.
