BEWARE of John the finance manager. He got super aggressive once I told him I wasn't going to take the offer. Even the salesman was scared, he said that he's gonna rip my head off and didn't want to move out of the way of my vehicle. I understand high pressured sales but to the point of intimidation is a bit ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again even if I would ultimately decide to take their offer.

Purchased a new used car from this dealership. The entire buying process was painless and quick. I was in and out in two in a half hours with financing secured and a payment that was within my budget. Staff experience was great from sales to financing. Really liked how I wasn’t bombarded by staff when I got to the dealership and was given time and space to look at what was available. Will make future purchases from this dealership again when I am in the market for a new car.

I have been to several GMC dealerships before. This one ranked the lowest. Repairs took 3 times longer then I was promised. I kept getting the run around from Micheal Valensula who was my service manager. Not pleased at all.Vehicles was returned dirty and greasy. I have the dealerships service my vehicles so that I have a peace of mind. This was not the case. My experience was that of a cheap shady lube shop. I do not recommend having repairs done at this dealership. Other GMC dealerships will take way better care of you and are easier to communicate with.

Really loved our experience with Kourtney, our sales person. The fact that they were trying to raise the price of the vehicle 4K higher than what the sales price online was (for the exact vehicle- vin listed) really left a bad taste in our mouth so to speak. It was false advertisement and felt like a bait and switch. I will have a hard time recommending Coulter because of this. We did not care for our interaction with the manager. The person that did our financing was awesome and efficient.

BUYER BEWARE! From the minute you make an inquiry to Coulter they will email you, call you and do whatever they have to do to sell you a car. Trust me, the emails will never stop. HOWEVER, here is a cautionary tale...

My wife and I bought a 2018 GMC Acadia Denali from here, brand new in May 2018. The car has run great for the past few years and we have had no problems. But fast forward to 2021 come to find out we have a defective and leaking battery in the car. I call Coulter to find out if it is still warranty as it should be based on the dates (AC Delco - 42 Month Warranty) however Coulter

Horrible experience and service! I scheduled an appointment online with their service department to drop my car off at noon during my lunch break from work. They instructed me to wait in their line until someone was available to help me. I had to wait in the sun in 110 degree heat with my car off (they yelled at me for turning it on to run the ac) for an hour before they called my name. They finally called for me and they continued to patronize me and tell me that next time I should bring my husband and that because I'm a girl I couldn't possibly be paying for this myself. My husband and I pulled up to look for a use truck preferably a Denali, but he saw a red GMC 2500 that caught his eye. We need a second vehicle and we paid cash ($55k) in January for my car and it's time for him to buy his dream vehicle.
When we pulled up two sales rep standing in the landing saw us and did not acknowledge us,l. when my husband got out the car and started walking towards the trucks they stood there chitchatting away. Not until I called the dealership, did they make a move. It could be laziness or racist Either either way I am not buying from them.

They advertised they would give you cash for your car at $500 OVER Kelly Blue Book...should have known this was a crock. We took our car down on Wednesday afternoon. They picked it apart and settled on a price almost $3,000 LESS than Kelly Blue Book, NOT anywhere close to $500 over, then SUPPOSEDLY the MVD is busy (FOR THREE DAYS?!?!) and our… ELECTRONIC title is making the transfer difficult. So, it’s Friday morning and we not only have NOT received ANY money for the car they KEPT, leaving us with a plate and a promise, BUT this has left our family with SEVEN kids STRANDED at home

I will say I am not the biggest fan of dealerships when it comes to servicing my vehicles, I kind of see them as a necessary evil.

Back in September of 2020 I bought a 1995 Cadillac El Dorado. It's not many people's dream cars but I'm unlike many people.

I brought it to Coulter to be serviced on January 11th and was assisted by Jason Thatcher. Jason was super professional, knowledgeable, and very honest in his approach. He told me my service would take 2 hours, which it did. Thankfully my Caddy got a clean bill of health although he did have some recommendations for me to keep

Worst service ever I purchased a brand new GMC 2020 AT4 truck and truck won't start call the service and they said had to call a towing company mind I have a bumper to bumper warranty for 5 years and then I ask for a rental and they say I have to schedule a rental like if I knew the truck was going to not work please don't buy from them location

I'd say the experience overall was good but could use some improvement. Scheduled an appointment over the phone on a Saturday afternoon for a Monday morning drop-off. Got there about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and was checked in within a couple of minutes. Got the shuttle to drop me off at the house (I was told they service a 20 mile radius) and got them to take me back later in the day. My truck was serviced and ready to go within 4 hours. I had the initial 5,000 mile service completed on a Duramax which includes oil and filter, tires, and an inspection. An issue I had with

David in Sales and Brian with Finance we're absolutely amazing. Never pushed us and offered several payment assistance for our position . RUN, do not walk away from these shysters. It is one thing to be expensive... most expect that from the dealer. But when you tack on ineptitude of the "mechanic" servicing your vehicle and the "service advisor" providing double-talk and cover for the "mechanic"; well, you get the idea. Save your money AND your vehicle. Shop elsewhere.

This dealership treats you 100% better then Van Buick GMC.
Mark Turner: The assistant service manger goes out of his way to make sure every thing is okay with your vehicle. After talking with Mark in person felt like he knew me for years & he didn't judge me or treat me differently.
Unlike like Van Buick GMC they basically screw me over and tread… me like I was stupid.
Butch Stringer: Also does the same to go out of his way to make sure every thing is okay with your vehicle when getting aftermarket parts put in. So many ways Butch is like brother from another mother.

I’m amending an earlier post. After management and sales looked into the issue with a faulty product, in this case tires they went above and beyond reaching out to the supplier and getting a partial discount and then true to their word came in with the remainder themselves to make it right. While I do still fault some of the customer service… getting to this point, I’m deeply impressed with management and sales in their integrity and commitment. Showed up for my service appointment only to find they're trying to charge a $175 diagnostic fee. Unreal.

Went to another garage and it turned out all they had to do was change a fuse. Good thing I didn't let Coulter charge me $175!

The day we bought our vehicle we arrived at 2 pm. We were out by 5 pm papers signed sealed and delivered. They took our time constraints serious and delivered top notch quality work.
I returned a couple weeks later for a few fixes that I found after we had driven the vehicle for a little longer and the delivered the amazing service and fixed it for us. Thank you Randy and Mark for the amazing experience with Coulter. We will be back to get another vehicle in the future!

And today's impulse decision had me working with Yvette in Service Department and Sam in Parts. Both were super helpful and allowed me to take care of something that seemed simple but I do realize the value of what I'm working with.
5 Star for those two.

Overall it is nice to have coffee, doughnuts, and a vending machine

We stopped by Coulter Tempe two weeks ago with the intention to just test drive an Acadia to narrow down our search. We had our rambunctious two year old with us so it couldn't be a long trip. We were met by Jay Horne, one of the friendliest guys I've ever met. We told him our intentions and with no questions asked, he took us for a test drive. Talk about no-pressure sales!

Well....I fell in love with the car. I had a 3 hour window of time before I had to go pick up my other child AND a very energetic 2 year old with me, and Jay made it happen. He was so attentive the entire time, asking

I purchased my Escalade there a little over a year ago. They were all so professional and down to earth. My sister came with me and by the end of the day she was so impressed with the vehicle and the service that she purchased a vehicle too.
Fast forward a few months later. My Escalade needs an oil change. Their on-line app notifies me. A dealership serviceman drives to my place of business, picks up the vehicle, changes the oil, washes it inside and out and returns it to my business, all under warranty. I had a nice big scratch I put in the black paint and they repaired it for about $100

Review update for Coulter Buick GMC.

Wow... after my first experience with this dealerships service department the service manager JD reached out to me personally to discuss what happened. I must say that JD stood up and took accountability for everything and really gave me the gold star treatment. JD had me bring my car back in to Coulter and even stayed after hours to check my vehicle in which he definitely did not have to do. My vehicle is currently being serviced at a fraction of the cost and was given a loaner while my vehicle is being serviced... did I mention that JD also threw in a free
