This place led me to believe they where a good place to do business with I was very happy with the 2008 jeep I pick up untill I drove it home first my catalytic converter which I was notified will be fixed never received a phone call as of when part will arrive I called wouldn't get no where the worst camed when I had went to have it detail and they tell me look under the carpet and find the left passenger frame of jeep was rusted out underneath big enough where my son could of fell through called and mentioned it to them and there words to me is well where not fixing your floor so they sell u

Where do I begin? This company was formerly known as “Val U Car” This place is a complete waste of your time, energy and money. I’m certain the five star reviews are current employees they made leave decent reviews because they know not one person has had a good experience with them.

They sold me a car that looked good but everything in it needed to be replaced. Then they turn your car off if your payment is late and/or if your insurance expires or if you don't have any for any reason. They make sure to not tell you about the timer in the car that shuts your car off for whatever reasons that may be In the contract, they just make sure they don't mention it until everything's done so if you miss it you miss it. Anyways....they dgaf what breaks or what happens after you signed the papers they pretend to though. They'll just point you to a shop. It was my first

I bought a truck from them three days later check engine light came on, they said it was gas cap. Week later came in they looked at it said all fixed. Three months after buying it the brake line broke, nine months it would not start. Took it to dealership and they said because someone removed exhaust manifold heat shield the electrical system had received major damage and it would cost $3000-$5000 to repair. They said the truck was only worth $7000 to begin with. Indy charged $16000. Now I have no truck and a big bill. Terrible experience!!!!

This dealership is one big joke. the jeep we got from them the next day the tire went flat. two weeks later it wouldn't start. then the spare tire was so bad we took it back to the show the gm and he said it was ok. well it wasn't. steel belts were showing and no thread on it. we were told we should not use it. we told indi car to come and get the jeep. then they tried to get us to get something else. save your money and time. they will screw you over. i couldn't rate this the way i wanted, because i cant post without rating it my rate for them would be -1000!!!!

I never tried to buy a car from them, but I did stop in one morning, trying to do business with them. This was before I knew what they were. Bottom line is: I wouldn't buy a key chain from these folks. Aside from having the creepiest commercials on television, exploiting minorities and women who are down on their luck. The boss man presents himself like he is The savior for people with bad credit. This place is no different than value car which had taken advantage of people with bad credit for years. When l worked in car sales, l had dozens of people tell me horror stories about that place

NIGHTMARE!! Stay away! They sold us a piece of sh*t truck at an extremely high interest rate (we had no other option at the time), haven't followed through on any of the repairs they agreed to IN WRITING & now they won't REGISTER THE TRUCK so we are unable to drive it. When I called repeatedly to speak to the title clerk, she said she would call me back over & over which she never did, or just kept me on hold until the "dealership" closed. I will be filing a complaint with the FL HSMV so they can look forward to an investigation soon.
