Went in to get a new battery, came out paying 1900 for the fuel pump, battery, and diagnostic tests which was doubled because it took them an extra hour to figure it out. What’s the point of having technicians if the computers are the ones solving the issue?? Also came out with my gas tank almost to E, and mind you I had a half a tank in it before it was towed there. They were literally driving my car around wasting gas and didn’t mind filling it back to its original amount. The Audi dealership in north Miami would never let this happen because they truly care about their customers.This place

At Audi Gainesville, excellent customer service is part of their business. Today, I came in for my 20K routine maintenance service for my 2021 Q3. I had set up my appointment four days in advance through Audi’s online appointment system: it was hassle-free. I had a confirmed date for my service appointment in less than a minute. Today, I arrived -at 0830 which is about 30 min late for my appt. Still, I was welcomed and greeted with a smile and immediately assisted by Mariana Fermin, my service consultant. She checked me in and inquired if I needed a ride home and they would

Happy with the dealership. Eric did a good job. Drove from Jax to see a used car they had and made appointment to see it. Had it looking immaculate when we came in and it exceeded our expectations. Worked with us on trade in and got financing. Took a total of 2 1/2 hours… little longer than expected. But all and all a good experience.
