After having several bad interactions with a different pumping company I finally decided to switch and called R & H. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful, even let me schedule far in advance due to my odd work schedule. He was here on time (actually a few minutes early) and explained what he was going to do. Afterwards, he offered to put me on a schedule to call in 3 years when we will need the service again and he also gave me advice to prolong the life of our entire septic system. I am very happy with the experience I had and would fully recommend them.
