We worked with Jace this morning. We called this morning and they had someone on the way within 30 minutes. He was kind, patient, and honest. He thorough checked out system and resolved the issue quickly. I could not have been more pleased with this company and technician. We will use them over and over again.

Jase came out and was very helpful and courteous. I had used another local heat & air company in Tulsa to service my air conditioner, and they had overcharged my system with freon. It was not operating well. Jase recognized the issue, got to work, and it was blowing cold air in no time. Awesome service. Thank you!

This company was the only one that was able to send out a service tech on the day I realized there was a problem. This was on a Friday and three other companies told me it would be Monday before they could address my problem. The temperature was 100 degrees and I knew it wouldn't take long for the temperature in the house to become unbearable.
Kayne was my service rep, He was very professional and fixed the problem the same day. Thank you True Blue Heating and Air for being so prompt and thank you Kayne for coming out to take care of the problem.

I have used True Blue for years, so when I bought a new house I already knew they had my business. Joseph came out today to do my spring maintenance and was helpful and courteous. He also talked through the age and condition of all my units and at my request discussed possible upgrades to improve my air quality. Within a few minutes of his departure, Austin called to quote those options so I can get to work on improving my new home. So grateful for their reliable and professional service!

The technician Charlie was great. A week ago a tech came out because the pilot light wasn’t working. He cleaned the connector, but the next day it wasn’t working. Charlie came out and thanks to his service manager, the coil was replaced at no charge. They stand by their work. Charlie was very courteous. I appreciate that they didn’t find something else wrong and charge us for something else.

Technician lied to me about motor being frozen. He told me twice the bearings are frozen. I should have said something but I trusted him. The motor is fine I had it checked. 500.$ for a new motor! While mounting motor he used zip ties that will over time get compromised from the vibration or could get accidentally snapped from the out side because they are exposed. IF the wires fall they will damage the fan blade because wires are dangling over fan. While tightening screws to mount he pinched wires between screws. I sent them pictures of this and they say its fine. Its not fine because the wire
