On Thursday Dec 31st, 2020 I called Innovative Air Pros to diagnose and repair my heater that had quit working. I saw great reviews online and their number was listed in my thermastat.
I will start with the psotive. They were able to get someone out that very morning, which was very important since we were going into a long holiday weekend. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and he replaced the gas valve and the heater works.
Now the negative. After diagnosing the issue, and telling me it needed a new gas valve
