We purchased 2500 sqft of wide plank engineered french oak recently from Nature Wood Floors. The experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. Kenny responded quickly and knowledgeably to all the questions I had (and there were a lot!). I was able to take home several samples to make sure I was choosing a flooring that would work in my space. We could not be happier with the end result! Kenny with Nature Wood Floors was AMAZING!! I was looking for flooring to match our existing floors that were discontinued. Every place I tried before Nature Wood Floors wouldn’t even attempt to locate the flooring but Kenny went above and beyond located exactly the amount I needed along with all of the transition pieces. We went just about everywhere to find the perfect floors for our home! After contacting quite a few retailers in and out of state (we are in Texas), Kenny was the only one to get back in touch with me, the next day no less. What an experience I have had. April 30th I ordered a branded hardwood from another source that claimed they had my item in stock. A week passed with no info. I called and they explained that while it was in stock at time of order but it had been back ordered and I would have it by June 22, then June 29, then July 22. I began a new search for my hardwood and found Naturewood. I was connected with Kenny Walker who assured me they had it in stock and I would have it in 10 days.
