I have been with TruForce for several years. I got them as a preventative after being paranoid after my last living situation. My technician is Will and he is very knowledge and always answers any questions I need. He is prompt and thorough. I rarely even see a crawler in my garage! Highly recommend!

I had some very scary looking orange wasps living in a hollow fence. I called around and other pest control companies would only spray through the cracks in the fence but not take the boards off. Jeff with TruForce was willing to take the boards off and remove the nests completely. I will definitely call Jeff at TruForce for my next pest control need. We can now use our yard again. I found carpenter ants and called TruForce Pest Control. They showed up within 24 hours, had wonderful customer service, confirmed we had carpenter ants, and sprayed! They sent me a text message with the agreement and payment portal so it was such an easy fix! I'm currently moving and really didn't need anything complicated being added on to my day, so I am very thankful that I called TruForce! We will be signing a contract with them at our new house!

I really appreciate businesses that can stay reliable, even through the unsteadiness of COVID. This business has scheduled peat control sprays for me on Saturdays with notes to spray inside. I don't even have to remind them; they know of this ahead of time. Each technician has been great and respectful and my appointments are not suddenly cancelled without notice.
They haven't been able to answer my calls immediately during COVID but they return my calls in a timely manner. I truly respect a business who takes initiative and have trained their employees well. Keep it up TruForce!

Didn't really do anything to help with the little pest issues I had. The last appointment the tech came into my house and left mud tracks all over the floors, downstairs and upstairs. Took quite a bit of time to vacuum and clean. Called to cancel my services only to be told the manager has to call me back because I'm on a service plan. Great, whatever. It's been 2 weeks, no calls, no follow up. Very dissatisfied.

I have never left a review for a pest control because I've never come across one that was professional and nice until now. I'm leaving another review here because I have to say I am very happy with Truforce. I have used Bugco and Smith Thompson, Truforce offers more services included in the already very reasonable price. I have Anthony currently working on my house, he is knowledgeable. He gave me some advice to mitigate my spider, ant and roach problems. He also takes the time to swab out all the spider nests and eggs off my house. In the past people just rush through their service. If you ever sign up, ask for Anthony to see if he's in your service area. You can't go wrong with them.

Jeff went out of his way to come inspect the house on Saturday (same day that I called) and then came out on Sunday to complete the termite treatment even though he doesn't normally work Sundays. I am so impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend TruForce to anyone that is looking for pest control!

We had a pest control lady, a private practice, who took care of us for six years. In time she felt like family to us and was always mindful of the kiddo and allergies. She retired this year. I was referred to TrueForce by my brother before my wife and I closed on our home. I made an appointment for the day we moved in and Quinn arrived within the specified window, which was an absolute relief.
Quinn informed me of all the insects and pests that he was treating for and sprayed both inside and outside the home. With our home being a new build, he also placed mice traps in the garage. Everything was explained in detail and informed that we may see bugs about the house within the first few days due to the chemicals agitating them.

Hard working, concise, quick and personable; definitely the guy you want working on your house. He also has a dog, so he definitely relates with treatment with animals in the house.
Their cost structure is pretty economical to alot of other pest control companies: ~$45

I was initially helped by Paige in Sales. He was courteous and super knowledgeable. He even let me text him a pic of my pest. A few minutes later, I was signing my agreement and had an appointment date.
William and Francisco came out to my house. Clean cut and super polite. They explained everything that was being done. William definitely knows his bugs! I was a little shocked but fascinated by all the critter factoids.

I called TruForce panicking on Monday night about the flea problem I got from taking my dog out to the dog park and it was 9 minute before their closing time. They asked if they can send someone over on Thursday which I am leaving town so that wouldn't work - they called back around 8-9 to tell me they could have someone over right away on Tuesday.
