Called about 15min prior to the company opening and Steve answered. Told him my issue and he gave me a company who was better equipped to deal with my type of issue. I’m writing this review because the other company was amazing, and Steve, rather than trying to grab whatever business he could - was honest, ethical, and referred us to an amazing company. Came same day even though loaded with work - late afternoon but still found time to speak to tank manufacturer to determine what parts needed and had them sent immediately - came again as soon as part arrived. Our salon had a gas leak in the water heater and had to shut it down. It is essential to our business.
Had a terrible experience with a company I had used before. Told me it it would take a week after promising me it would be done in two days.
Called Steve and in 48 hours we were back in business!
Oh. Forgot to mention that he was HALF the price of the company that couldn’t get it done in a week.
Needless to say, I have found my new plumbing experts!

I was in a pickle yesterday evening and I reached out to Steve at The Plumbing Source. Steve walked me through what I needed to do over the phone to get by until one of his technicians could get out later that night. Steve genuinely cared about my concerns and was super polite. Seth showed up last night and was able to do a diagnosis and help ease my stress level. He then showed up on time this morning and fixed the issue. I called Steve to thank him personally for helping me in a tough situation and not knowing anyone around since we are new to the area. Seth was also polite and knowledgeable
