DON'T KNOW ABOUT ACTUAL PRODUC TERRIBLE Customer service! I mistakenly applied for a position with this company via indeed! This company contacted me 4 times for an interview! I expressed to their staff a disinterest in working for them twice! The emails continued! The office is clearly a $#!+ Show BEWARE!!!!

I know the guy personally and as i recall he used half inch green board and quarter inch sheet rock and called it fire rated and thats not code at all, no idea where he got his license, and im sure he hasnt gone by the code book at all being a contractor myself, i will never use this company again and advise everyone else not to use it too, to not fireblock a common area? That puts my neighbors in jeopardy if anything were to go up in flames in the bathroom also paul and mike steeves in the review's worked for the company so disregaurd their reviews..

I called and Gerry gave me a great quote! It got me into their facility in South Boston. Gerry had prepared all aspects of the renovation before I even stepped foot into his building. Designers walked me through samples in the full on showroom on the first floor. Then I was brought up to his office where the final scope of work had been discussed. Bringing cost's to an exact amount, time frames were projected, and the service coordinator gave me his personal contact information in case I have any questions for the project managers or Gerry. Although, some issues arrived along the way of the project

Was finished in Nov (2 months longer than expected, but whatever I get it), before we could realize they didn't include air flow to the room from the main room area, meaning no heat / AC to that room (we have central AC and heating). Pretty crazy to not even mention that to us. Now the room is frigid in the winter and way too hot in summer. It was supposed to be a room for our newborn son and we can't keep him jn there. Pretty crappy.

They take the time to come by and assess the needs within my multifamily home. Immediately following their assessment, they give me a quote and promptly complete projects (some of which have been urgent). Not only are they are professional, but they are great at communicating and following through.
After they fixed a leak in my rubber roof, I had to leave town for vacation knowing that it was going to rain for a number of days. Michael Thiel swung by during the initial rainstorm and made sure the roof was in
