Had to move out of my main floor twice to fix the job they did. First time stained and sealed floors without sanding. Then replaced bad boards that should have never been installed and a month later dropped about 1/4 inch. On their third attempt they finally sanded, but didn't pull the toilet, so they stained the toilet and the floor and the sealer is chipping away.

I called the representative named Dan on September the 12th to make inquiry regarding sanding my livivgroom and dinning room floors, he asked me to text him the location information and he would respond with a date and time for an appointment. He did not contact me so I called him the followinh morning. We set a 12:30, apointment. He called about 10:30 and said he eas just minutes away, I was not home and arrived about 15 minutes later. He measured the room and asked about quarter round, 220 electrical services andcolor of stain, i explained again all I wanted was the floors sanded and asked him
