Key Challenge: The main challenge Solica faced on this project was the limited availability of funds due to the project being financed through individual donors to the park.

Key Challenge: The large expansive walls painted in deep and bright colors called for flawless finishing of drywall.

Restaurant & Hospitality Projects Report

Luxury hotels, Modern Restaurants, or Commercial Kitchens, we have built them all and done it well. Working with creative visionaries such as restauranteurs and hoteliers are some of our favorite types of jobs. Key Challenge: In order to maintain cleanliness to hospital standards, infection control and dust containment were top priorities in addition to the rushed schedule to complete construction with many surprises behind the walls and ceiling.

Historic Renovations Projects Report

Maintaining the historic charm and integrity of a building while also modernizing it for today's use is rewarding and challenging work. We've enjoyed working on historic projects including restaurants, schools, libraries, offices, apartments and even boutique hotels. Key Challenge: The Metropole building is over 100 years old, so floors, ceilings, joists, and seams were often not plumb.
