They broke my tv, made me a small offer as payment as “a favor” and then took back their offer and never responded to me again. I asked for a copy of their business insurance policy. They said the have insurance through Nationwide but when I asked them for a copy of the insurance they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I’m not sure if they even carry business insurance. Instead of wasting my time fighting with them I would rather help someone else not be in my situation in the future. I’m very very disappointed with the terrible service. This move was planned almost three months ago. They show up at my house and call and said they did not have a third person due to being short staffed. One guy said they hired him the day before with no training. Basically he was a last minute call. Started a one apartment move at 9:45 am and did not finish until 4pm. The one gentleman stayed on his phone saying he was talking to a manager about another move. My furniture was dropped a few times damaging my sofa and solid wood tv stand. You can tell these guys did not have experience. How did

Overall happy with the service. I called and they gave me a $10/hr discount right off the bat. I was able to book them for just two hours (a lot of other companies have a 3 hr minimum, and thus more expensive). Came with a very large truck (more than I needed) and had three movers (although I was told it would just be 2). Worked quickly and they were friendly to me. Even though the loading dock elevator at my new place was not working, they were flexible when we arrived at my new home in accessing the elevator near the front door and got everything up to my room in the alotted time frame. I requested a quote from their website for a move the next day. Pam texted me and made everything easy. I went with them because they had the best price of all the quotes I checked.
They brought a big truck and tools for the move. They did everything fast. They didn't bang anything around and handled all my stuff gently. Everything was moved in under two hours (I don't have a lot of stuff though). The movers themselves were lovely people.

My first time using a moving service and this company was fantastic. Competitive quote, very communicative moving team. 2-man team for a 1BR apartment move, did not skip a beat. Took great care of all my furniture, art, and TV for a 200 mile move. They bring all their own equipment including packaging materials and dollies. They take great care to protect your stuff. Expertly disassembled, wrapped, and packed everything and then even more efficiently unloaded and assembled it in my new apartment. Would highly recommend this company.

I moved recently with Amity Movers and I’m happy I did because the price point was good compared to other movers I called and get a quote for. There staff was professional in every aspect such as being responsive to all my questions. I was pleased that non of my furnitures were damaged and I didn’t have to lift a straw. I would highly recommend Amity movers in terms affordability, quality service, and their professionalism.

Amity Movers did a fantastic job getting our things moved and settled into a new location. They hardly wasted time upon arriving and began moving our boxes into the truck. Unfortunately, during the move there was a oil leak from the truck which spilled over into our driveway at a new location and this was discovered few days later. In addition, we discovered a damage to our garage wall. When we contacted Amity movers, Pam, the lady on the phone was courteous and assured that Dale, the owner of the company would get back to us. The process for booking with Amity Movers was stress free from the start. Reached out to them for a quote and got a quick response. They were able to accommodate my moving date. On moving day they showed up on time and were very professional. They took great care to make sure everything was packed and moved as I requested. I have some family heirloom furniture and everything was moved in perfect condition. I have recommended them to friends who have also had good experiences with them and I would use them again.

Initially, I did not want to book with the company because of their lack of reviews. Let me be the first to rate them, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the service I received.
The movers were amiable and provided assistance whenever I need it. For example, when the storage place where I wanted to take my contents closed, the company agreed to hold my things over night until the next day.
The price was nearly half what others in the area are charging. I would 100% suggest them to anyone who does not believe in paying an arm and a leg for quality service.
