The average consumer who is in the review all kudos for their experience because assuming what they received did not break down. Within 6months the 90days warranty expired. You’re absolutely on your own! Oscar the so call manager gives no time as he is too busy attending to prospective customers only and he does not return any phone calls. Once you sign you’re no longer any use to their business. They kept my car in their shop for 2 months to diagnose came back with a 5k total to fix the problem all while honestly making my payment on time.

I just moved to Idaho, my car broke down the day before my first day of work, and I know absolutely nobody in the area I could ask for rides to work. I didn't have any money for a down payment because the cost of moving here and just starting a new job I haven't even received my first check yet. We went in and worked with Doyle Savelberg and he did an amazing job getting us exactly what we wanted and was not pushy or trying to get us into something we didn't want. The whole experience from start to finish went fast and smooth with no hidden hiccups. Was disappointed with my experience here. Went in a few weeks ago to trade in my car. My boyfriend was with me, he had nothing to do with the transaction, but you wouldn't know that by the salesmans attention. He barely spoke to me, didn't even catch my name, but continuously addressed my boyfriend even after he told him he had nothing to do with what I would choose. Tried to return a few weeks later, got a different salesman and this one was just disinterested altogether. Showed us 2 cars we'd already said we wouldn't be interested in based on miles. Finally said ok thanks anyway. Went down the

This experience was amazing. Ive never bought a car, let alone on my own and have always purchased outright for my vehicles.
I let them know my experiences and story of my past cars and they very much took care of me in the best way possible.
This lot is the best ive been to by far, and treat you like a human instead of a paycheck.
They are there to help get you into a reliable car, not a "i got this at the auction, it looked nice, now im selling it" car. These vehicles are for sure looked at before purchased for the lot.
Hector and the team there did amazing.

Very disappointed in the buying process - said they would not run credit as we were paying cash but then did a "soft" credit check. After 45 minutes of waiting for paperwork wanted us to sign blank forms in case there was an error and needed to resend documents. Definitely not a great buying process and don't feel they were honest.

Kendall Value Lot was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I have purchased $50k+ new vehicles from other dealers and have been pushed out the door feeling horrible about my purchase; however at Kendall, I was treated like a normal person and respected…all while buying a cheap, $3k car. I had the pleasure of working with Gynelle as my sale’s representative and she was by far the nicest, most passionate car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I would say overall my buying experience was great.. Greg was super awesome and did great at helping me get into a new vehicle.. I signed paperwork yesterday and paid my downpayment, but the vehicle is still not ready.. I let them know i was leaving town for work and needed it to be finished by 12PM and here we are it is still not finished. I would recommend them but when it comes to driving your new vehicle off the lot don't expect it to be on your time.. It seems like they aren't really concerned at the fact that i have paid for it have the insurance and need it.. That was my main reason for

I had a wonderful experience at Kendall Toyota Value Lot with Gynelle Sabatino. They gave me a good price for my trade-in 2016 Silverado. Then they worked hard to get me a loan for my new/old 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. All the banks said no, I have poor credit. But they convinced one bank to approve me. Gynelle worked hard for me for 8 hours one day and 4 hours the next day.

Update: We have had to put almost $8,000 in repairs in less than a year!!!! They say that they do a thorough inspection, but I have no idea at this point if they do. I know that they won't catch everything, but some of the problems should have been easily seen and addressed. Very disappointed!
I purchased my first vehicle from Kendall Value Lot on Monday (4/13/2020) which was a 96 Ford Ranger. Very nice and helpful. Only had one problem with the truck, but we contacted them and they got it fixed. I would recommend buying your next vehicle or first vehicle from them. I also want to thank everyone

I recently purchased a car from the Kendall Value Lot. I was very pleased with the purchase experience.......right up to the point that I discovered that the timing belt was 30,000 miles OVERDUE for a change. I called them, went in to the office, spoke with the salesman and then to the manager. We had (what I thought was) a productive conversation. I explained that they had sold me what was essentially a Ticking-Time-Bomb. Had I known that this Critical Service was due I could have weighed that information in my decision process.

No need to go anywhere else. We were in the market for a very specific vehicle. We had gone to 3 other dealerships. Either they did not have it, or it was not what we were wanting, or it was overpriced and underwhelming. We decided to stop in. We were greeted by Greg. We explained our need. He had shown us exactly what was in our requirements. Seating, towing capacity, price range, and payment amount. It was such a great car buying experience, we could hardly believe it was so efficient and smooth. Greg was AWESOME! Will definitely be a return customer for future cars.

Beware. These folks have no problem selling broken down cars and having them presentable just long enough to get them off the lot. You'll be sorry once your car needs more repairs than the car is worth.
