Awful Service.
I bought, private party, a 06 H2. I understand they are discontinued. But figured best to take to a GMC dealer for some minor issues. (12/27/21) Sun roof rattling, but was sealed could go through car wash fine, and some electrical issues. Offered full electrical diagnostic for $150. And I requested new key & Fob quoted $170. Service advisor was horrible! Repeatedly told me my vehicle was too old and any parts they could get were back ordered. Told they couldn’t even get me a fob, so basically diagnostic and cut a key. 5 hours later I go to get my vehicle. Expected $200? $480ish

We were really surprised to see how dirty the vehicles were, it would seem to me that with fewer cars they should be spotless, nothing was shined up, the floors were dirty, one of them stunk really bad. Not sure if they changed managers, but when we bought there before, their used cars were spotless. Pretty bad

The service department went above and beyond to get my truck repaired by the deadline needed. Chad the service manager was amazing in making this happen and did an excellent job listening to the customer needs. I will continue to bring my business to Kendall GMC as there is not a better dealership in the Boise valley.

I had a relatively bad experience from the Service Department, and wrote a review expressing everything that had happened. I received a call from the Service Manager who helped ensure everything was rectified the next day. I appreciate the response, and in fairness took down my original poor review. Thank you for making things right, in such a short time.
