People are great, but there was a mistake in the service i received. I had my motor mounts being replaced, but the ABS sensor was pinched in one of them. At the time, I didn't know that so I asked them why it was on. They said they weren't sure, so
I took my car somewhere else and they found the issue and got the cable out from the motor mount and fixed within a couple hours of dropping off my car.
Overall, they had decent prices and did a good job, but they missed an error. (Hence the 4 stars)
After the fact, they were very professional and we're able to address my concerns and make it right

We bought a RAM 3500 here in 2020. We were sold their “highest coverage” extended warranty for $4400. In the year since we have owned it the DEF system went out and the warranty didn’t cover it ($5000). The Turbo actuator went out and the warranty didn’t cover it ($3000).
We have talked with the sales manager and he has been unaware that these things would not be covered. I’m very upset that they would sell something that they really have no idea what it does or doesn’t cover. They need to know what they are selling! Especially if they sell it to you saying “this is the best coverage

I drove 2.5 hours to buy a car, Yukon denali, it was for sale and when I got there they said they could not sell the car for another 6 days....They new I was driving a rental and was motivated to buy a car and return my rental to enterprise. They were not truthful about the car being available to sell before I came. It was a huge waste of time. The car is just a car. they come and go in our lives. I will remember how bad this experience was more than I will remember my next car. If the situation changes I will update the review.

The service staff was extremely helpful. They not only installed my replacement key fob, synced it with my car, but also took the time to explain some settings on the car I wasn't aware of. Of course, whoever had the car before me didn't keep the owners manual!! Would recommend the service staff to anyone.

I came in looking for a newer Ford Edge. Budget wise I knew I wanted a lower model, but Eric showed me a sport… and all the safety and convenience features. I’d heard about the features but couldn’t see myself using them until the test drive. Anyhow I came home with a super safe, gorgeous vehicle that I love. We dealt with several employees and had great experiences all around. I had to bring it back to have the detail sealant put on, and they even detailed stuff I’d added after I bought it. Great car buying experience!

BEWARE BUYERS! I took my truck in for a trade in on another truck. Of course they low balled me on trade in. December 1 2020 is when this all took place. Today is January 5 2021 and they still haven't payed off the trade in to the bank. I'm making payments now on two vehicles! I've made multiple phone calls and their excuses are " check is in the mail" it's been 34 days! I should of know better with a used car dealer. They said they sent pay off to the bank December 3 2020 but after talking to my bank they said Auto Ranch called them December 17 2020 so how they of

My husband and I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback from Eric Rodriguez. I had wanted to buy a Subaru and trade it my Jeep Patriot several months ago. The experience with Larry Miller was so horrible, we decided to keep my Jeep. Last Friday my husband drove by Meridian Auto Ranch and saw a truck he thought might be a good option to get instead. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We purchased a car from Meridian Auto Ranch on December 10, 2019 for our… daughters Christmas present. We were told that the car was marked down as a “mechanics special” We immediately inquired about what exactly that meant since we were not looking for a car needing major repairs. We were told multiple times by Tony and TJ that they have the best mechanics that go through each used car bumper to bumper before it ever hits the lot. We will never purchase a car from any auto ranch again. Our salesman was great but beyond that it was a nightmare. We were told the car we purchased came with a 3mo. warranty on the power train. After having the car for a less than a week we started having problems, which were part of the power train go figure. They would not honor what we were told and then sent us in the mail the letter in the photo informing us we had just been screwed. They were not honorable. My husband has spent so much time and money fixing this car.

These guys are a smooth talkers. They have one mission, to separate you from your money. Their fee to do the sales paperwork is at least $100 higher than I have ever seen. Why question them about it they told me it was because they provided such great service. Yeah OK. We also tried to sell me a $299 window etching extra claiming that if my car was ever stolen it would help get it back. Anyone with half a brain knows that's ridiculous. The police go by a car's license number and vehicle identification number not the etchings on the window glass. If you have a trade-in prepared to get
