On 9/11 my air stopped, I had American Home Shield as my Home warranty ... key word HAD ...after 3 visits from another HVAC repair thru AHS and now it is 10/21/2021 and I’m told it will cost 1535.00, I called SOTO HVAC, Gina quickly set me up for a visit the next morning. Ronnie arrived promptly, professional, and understanding, he fixed my HVAC in record time, checked the heat as well, just like that service call and a part just around 200.00, big difference from what AHS was trying to extort from me. I am a happy Gal, and I highly recommend SOTO !!!! Bye AHS

Brand new townhome and we needed someone from SOTO HVAC, Greenville, SC, to find out why our unit was not functioning properly. Mauricio arrived on time, put on shoe covers, and went to work. He was thorough and checked everything. We are impressed with the professionalism and dedication of Mauricio! He found the problem and returned the next day with a new filter. I have used them on a couple locations and they have become my go-to for HVAC. They did full service on my units at my warehouse and shop and full maintenance and multiple repairs on the old system at my house over the years. This is by far the best Air condition and heating company i have ever encountered. We have used them for everything from installation of two new a/c and furnace units to our periodic maintenance. They are always prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. 5 stars, highly recommended. I just moved into a new home and the AC wasn't turning on. Mauricio Moncada came out to repair my AC and the service was great. He was on time and very professional. Even when it was starting to look like an electrical issue he went on to find the overall issue. My AC is working just fine now and my family is living comfortably. We really appreciate the service and will call them again for any future issues.

My heat and AC was not performing like it used to and the electric bills were very high. Jason came to my house in less than a week after calling to provide a quote. He understood the issues and developed solutions to balance our heating and cooling and produce cleaner air in my house. The air scrubber was a great value so I had them install that too. A week after I called, they had everything installed and my AC and heat are the best they’ve ever been. The system is circulating the air much better and I’m even able to adjust airflow to parts of the house. Jason was very knowledgeable and ready
