All i paid was $54, so professional, informative and i felt like i knew the tech my whole life. I defiantly got my money worth. For $54 the technician came in and spent 45min to an hour doing a maintenance on my heater, replaced my filter which got rid of this dusty smell from my house. I usually get my unit maintained every other year as well as my air conditioner and every time some company comes in they tell me to replace it.
SK heating and air conditioning suggested that I keep maintaining the unit annually instead of every other year and it'll be fine. It's not a new system but it's not old either (about 12 years old) I have the discontinued refrigerant in my air conditioner the technician said, but if I maintain it annually I can get about 5 to 8 years more out of it.

Saki just saved us 6,000. The previous heating contractor came to our duplex and said you definitely need a new boiler. I called Saki at SK Heating he check the whole boiler system and advised us it was in good working condition. I have dealt with numerous heating contractors and by far he is the best. As per previous reviews he explains everything about the system. If I could give him 10 stars I would . We will never call anyone but Saki. Also a very nice person with it.

This review is long overdue. I had just started a new job and day 2 I woke up in the morning and my compressor fan gave up. SK had great ratings and so I called. Not only did they make room for me in their busy schedule they had the part that broke and repaired my AC in about 10 minutes. It was miraculous. I was on my way to work in no time at all! Thank you!!! You made my day.

This rating is based on the quick response and honest assessment, not on a job. I contacted SK because I'm considering going from oil to gas or electric heat, and within hours the company emailed me simply and politely to decline. (They don't do oil replacements.) It's a small thing, but greatly appreciated.

SK came to our home and provided solid professional service. He was easy to communicate with, polite, and responsive. He kept us up-to-date with his schedule and arrived earlier than expected for our appointment. First he replaced a part in our AC and saved us from a non responsive unit that had allowed for temperatures to reach the high 80s. Given the positive experience we had him follow up with annual servicing at another property. He was personable, timely, and easy to communicate with which is challenging to find. He didn't try to pressure or upcharge me, which I very much appreciated

SK just saved me a few thousand bucks. They've got a customer for life.
I'd been told that there was a leak in my system and that because my system uses the old type of coolant it would be cheaper to just replace it than keep on refilling it. I got two quotes to just replace the AC parts (leaving the furnace in place) ranging from $4k to double that. I called SK for a quote just bc their sticker was on my system--I guess they had worked on my place before I moved here. They told me that if the leak was as big as I thought it could be fixed pretty easily. Plus they charged significantly

We discovered an issue with our furnace/pump at 10 PM. I called SK and left a message expecting to hear back the next day. Within 5 minutes I received a text asking for additional details, and a service call was set for the next morning. SK arrived on time, resolved the issue at a very fair price, and was finished before my 7 month old even woke up. I highly recommend!

We have used SK Heating and Air Conditioning for regular yearly maintenance/service as well as one emergency situation. Every time he has been incredibly easy to work with, he explained his prices clearly, and provided an explanation of the work that needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and quick to get back to customers. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs work done on their AC or heating units!

If your air conditioner doesn't break at least once during a heatwave, are you really a homeowner? Saki was able to come out and assess the issue earlier than scheduled and was in and out in no more than 10-15 minutes. I must've asked him to explain the issue no less than 5 times, and he patiently did so each time.

Saki from SK Heating and Air has been to our house for service three times and each time has been an exemplary customer service experience. Saki works hard to accommodate climate "emergencies" and goes out of his way to explain the work that needs to be done. He is thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly to boot.

Saki, the owner/operator is an honest, professional who is who went above and beyond for my wife and me. He came highly recommended and surpassed our expectations. I am always skeptical especially when I am not particularly knowledgeable about the service requested. Saki explained what needed to be done, outlined the pricing and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

Saki is incredible. We came home to our air conditioner not working after a weekend away in late July (with the upcoming week forecasted to be in the mid 90's...). I called at 7am Monday and left him a voicemail requesting service. I received a call back in less than 20 minutes and he was able to squeeze us in at 6pm THAT DAY! He showed up 5 minutes early and offered to put on boot covers before walking though our home.
He explained what was wrong with our unit in terms we could understand and assured us this was not a larger indication of the whole unit failing, just normal age and repair

Wow, an honest, competent repair service.
My HVAC had not been working for days. He could have raked me over the coals, but explained the problem and easily fixed it. Once fixed he checked the pressure and just charged to top off the coolant. After coolant added, the HVAC worked better than ever! I am never called the big companies ever again.

I spent many days researching the various HVAC companies out there - asking friends and family for advice and reading many reviews just to find the 'right' one. After hearing so many positive things about Saki and his company, I decided to contact him.
Unfortunately, I found out that I did not reside in his immediate service area (He's in PA and I'm in NJ) and it wouldn't have been cost efficient for either of us. Knowing that, Saki very graciously spent more than half an hour with me on the phone giving me advice on my best course of action with our defective AC unit

Imagine being new homeowners and suddenly discovering that your vents are throwing cold air in February. Yelp to the rescue. A quick yelp search showed us SK heating with 100+ reviews and 5 stars. Someone who is willing to help you 23 out of 24 hours in a day. I called Saki the next day and he was very willing to come over during our after work schedule.
