Our boiler stopped working in the middle of the pandemic and we are a healthcare family that MUST wash hospital scrubs in hot water. We found Haab in an on-line search and could not feel luckier to have done so. The person we spoke to by phone (George) was super-smart, on it immediately, and pretty much figured out what was going on from afar. The repair person (Brian, who was SO NICE) came within a half an hour, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed the part, all in one day. We have never been so grateful to have hot water and we will absolutely use Haab for all of our HVAC issues

We have been customers since you bought out Burket in Malvern, about 25 years. We have just had a bad exeperience and there has been no apology to me from the person doing the screaming .Only a lot of run around talk from the MEN in the office. I do not believe being yelled at from an employee in the office is called for. An employee of 30 years at that. We have had nothing but good experienced with Haab until two weeks ago.
All of the workmen are very nice and kind. The office has the problem and you must get thru them to get service.They have a bad attitude and are not humble enough to apologize

Our oil heater and a/c are under maintenance contract with F C Haab. We have had more than our fair share of opportunities to call on their Service Department. I have found that we get through quickly (or get rapid call-backs)-- even today, Saturday, at 5:45pm -- and they show up generally on time. The occasional time when a prior call runs long, they call to let us know. I give them the highest possible grade.
Their staff are clean, courteous, and more importantly they know their business.
