Mike takes advantage of this small town and
it's sad. He's unprofessional and truly uses
dirty sales tactics to get his way. The rest of
the staff is great. Try avoiding Mike, he's very
arrogant and responds like a smart a*s.
The dealership building as a whole is very
nice, welcoming and has a homey feel. The
rest of the staff is overall very nice and they
actually help you throughout your buying
process.
The reason why I give only one star is
because I am a true believer that the
employees are only as good as their boss.

Bought a 2018 Toyota RAV4 Le from Tre Gomez, a sales person there at Foss motors. We had a great experience trading in our 2009 Subaru WRX sedan. need to get my wife a new car that would be more reliable and also be all wheel drive. They gave us a great deal on a good used vehicle and we couldn't be happier. Process the whole thing we were in and out of there in like an hour and a half.

No I am not an "out of state complainer" in response to lady below!! Service manager is a crabby dushe-bag. Seriously. Made me wait 2 hours then sent me away cos he said i needed to clean out my car more. I think that was dumb, it was good enough they just had too many customers and didn't want to take care of me. Then when they had sold me the car about years earlier they lied to me about my dodge dart being a rally package and thus a rally car.
Please do not buy a new car from these people.

Don't go here. Save yourself heartache and frustration. Please see the following journal of my recent ordeal, if you need help deciding whether to use this shop.
1) my daughter took her car to Foss following an accident in which she hit a piece of road debris which resulted in a completely flat tire. She was told that the wheel was damaged beyond repair and that a replacement would be ordered. She was also told that the tire was undamaged and could be reused.

We went to Foss back in July to have a busted tire replaced while traveling through WY back home to MN assuming that we'd get better service than Tires Plus or WalMart, and that our service records would be viewable to our local dealer.
We asked for one tire to get us home where we could go to our regular dealer for a full set. But the service manager told us the best deal would be to buy a full set because they'd all be covered by warranty. We agreed, knowing we'd need a full set soon anyway.
Well today we brought the car in to our local dealer because road debris caused a flat

Hands down best experience purchasing a car. English Mike was great. Jim Foss has an excellent staff, and makes the experience very personable.
I have recommended Foss Toyota to several people, and will continue too.
