I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle here. I blue booked my trade and was offered $31,000 for it at other dealerships. Kelley Blue Book also suggested $29,000 as a dealer price. The salesman told me that due to winter months coming up, costs on cars are dropping. So I got $27,000 for my car only to see that they’re selling identical vehicles to my trade for $36,000. And this dealership doesn’t budge on prices so I’m certain they’re getting $36,000 for a used vehicle that they bought for $27,000. Very frustrating situation and I wish I would have taken my business elsewhere. I know that

White mountain Subaru and accurately diagnosed and determined my transmission problem. They successfully got a full warranty replacement for my transmission from Subaru and also gave me a loaner for this. Everything went very smoothly and I was happy to do business there the transmission is working well now on my 2015 Subaru Legacy. The stuff waited extra time after closing so I could drop off my car and get the loaner being 2 hours away it was very helpful and kind of them to do that, I know they didn't have to, but they did. I'm coming back. A different subaru dealer tried to diagnose and troubleshoot

We were going on a cross-country trip when our AT oil temp light came on a couple times. This Subaru dealer was out of the way, but they were the only one in the general area whose service center picked up when we called (we were near closing time). Kelly was wonderful! She gave us reassurance that it was safe to drive until we were able to get to a dealer tomorrow, and gave us advice on how to proceed if it comes on again. If they weren't 4 hours out of our way, we definitely would've gone to them in person!

We had a check engine light come on on our Subaru during our cross-country trip and the service department took us in right away and checked the codes on the scanner so we could continue our trip with peace of mind. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I can’t say how appreciative we were to be treated so well.

I don't even know where to start. Kimberly and the team at White's Mountain are incredible. They took such good care of us after we suffered a catastrophic breakdown and in the middle of Wyoming and had to get towed 90 miles into Casper.
They made the best out of an exceptionally difficult situation and went above and beyond in every way.
