My husband William and I went in today to see what we could do about trading our van in. The salesman didn't give us his name and never asked for ours. (It was the Ford Windstar he asked you about). Acted like he wasn't interested in helping us or taking the trade in and recommended a vehicle that wouldn't have worked for us at all and would have been incredibly hard to finance. We will be going elsewhere as first impressions are everything.
