I filled out a contact request on their website & within an hour Megan called me to set up an appointment! She was so sweet and professional and even got someone to come out less than 2 hours later! They texted me a confirmation of my technician which included his picture (which made me feel safe). Corey and his assistant showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and beyond knowledgeable!! I truly cannot say enough about Premium Plumbing and Louis. Seriously, a billion stars! Louis’ demeanor and determination kept my nerves at ease for the entire day. We had a clog, not your normal clog, something solid that would not budge. I am absolutely convinced had Louis not been SO determined to get it, we would have ended up having to hire a contractor to dig through our foundation which would have been a massive job.
