David Reed, co-owner and finish carpenter, focuses mainly on custom cabinetry and finishes. David attended Westmont College and received a degree in religious studies with a minor in music. After college, he worked in Santa Barbara and Hawaii for high end contractors. David truly enjoys interacting with both employees and clients, and gets great satisfaction from the completion of a beautiful project.
David grew up in the Sacramento area and resides in Shingle Springs with his wife and four children. Danny DePiazza, co-owner and production manager, takes the plans and starts to realize them. Danny acts as the liaison between client, subcontractor, and DePiazza and Reed, making sure schedules align.
Danny received his degree in managerial economics from UC Davis. Because he has worked in the field and the office, he is able to contribute an ability to understand the entire building process. Danny enjoys the coordination of many personalities and seeing the design details come together. Jacque enjoys taking care of details and keeping everyone organized!

Services
At DePiazza and Reed, we design and fabricate our own cabinetry. Making our own custom cabinets gives us the ability to define the space according to the customer's particular specifications. We recognize that in many cases cabinetry is the most visible and important part of a major remodel. The custom approach to our cabinetry allows us to cover the scope of various design styles, from country chic to modern contemporary.
Our office is located on the corner of E Street and Alhambra in East Sacramento, across from beautiful McKinley Park. At the time of purchase, it was an abandoned single family home. After an extensive historical restoration and addition, the single family home is now a duplex housing our office and a 2,200 square foot apartment that overlooks the park.
