Avanti Builders, Inc. was founded by Ryan Luttrell. Prior to the opening of Avanti, Ryan spent the first 10 years of his working life with one of the largest and most respected commercial contractors in California. His stint there included notable projects such as the Red Hawk Casino and the area's largest Winery.

Avanti Builders Inc lead a kitchen remodel at our home in 2016 that looked excellent. However, we recently discovered a leak that had existed due to their error. An exhaust vent was cut above a new window they installed and left open through the roof. We opened the drywall and found a 3'x2' section of black mold, several rotten 2'x4's and rodent remains all that had direct access from the pipe Avanti left wide open. We contacted Avanti's office for seven days in a row with no response. I also contacted the President directly with no response. We had the mold remediated
