Design is conducted in two phases, and we will give you the cost for each phase before we start. We have found that our two-phase design approach allows our clients to explore design options and budget realities before making a full commitment to extensive construction drawings. We begin by measuring your existing house and drawing the floor plan to scale.

We hired Abrahams Construction to remodel our bathroom. Maura Abrahams drew up three good plans to choose from, and Mark Abrahams oversaw the construction. Our bathroom turned out beautifully, and all of the workers were a joy to deal with -- honest, skilled, and professional. If I ever need another remodeling project done, I'll definitely call Abrahams Construction again.

I wanted a room addition to my home in Land Park. I had seen Abrahams sign in the area and called them for a quote. Mark came out and we discussed the project. He said he needed to check on something and would get back to us. Months have gone by during which we left messages in their Voice Mail but got no return call. Is lack of customer service a disease that afflicts contractors? It must be nice to be such a big shot contractor that you can make a commitment and then ignore it. I will keep looking until I find a contractor that will make a commitment or be honest enough to let me know they can

Well EXCUSE me for my project not being BIG enough to merit the attention of Abraham's Construction!!!! Talk about pretentious and arrogant. All I was hoping for was an initial consultation to remodel my house but Abrahams Construction dismissed my business all together for being too small!

Abrahams Construction recently did a series of unrelated jobs for us. They took down a wall and a closet to transform a bedroom into a family/media room; they "refreshed" our master bath and completely renovated our master walk-in closer; and in other ways worked with us to upgrade our home. From start to finish, we found them a delight to work with. Maura's design help was extremely valuable and the entire crew was incredibly efficient and good at what they do. as well as fun to be around (since they almost lived with us for a few weeks, that was a real bonus)! We hired Abrahams construction for a larger scale remodel- adding a bathroom and closet, while also updating the existing bathroom and kitchen. We were very happy with the quality of work, the timeliness of the work, and the professionalism of the crew.
Mark was easy to work with, and very cognizant of our timeline and budget- a baby on the way made timing very important to us. He finished the project on time! Our budget was extended a bit throughout the process, but this is because we chose quality items and spent money on necessary costs in order to up the value of our home in the long run

Abrahams did a fairly small addition/remodel on my house. I have to say, I'm a fan. Mark and Maura are a husband and wife team - he's the general contractor and she's the designer. Since the addition was to the front of our house, we wanted it to look great. From Maura's design to Mark's project management and excellent crew and subs, we got exactly what we wanted, and it looks great.
Mark and Maura are quirky, creative types. and have their ideas of how things should be designed or done. Even though I got the idea that they weren't really excited about our changes
