If I could give John 10 stars I would! In our house we refer to him as “our bug man” and we are extremely happy with the service he provides. We just moved into an older home and we inherited a bug problem. I was totally freaked out. John made me feel much better about the situation. He explained how to get rid of the bugs and how to prevent further bugs from entering our home. He answers all my questions. You can tell he cares about doing a great job for his customers. I highly recommend.

We have a quarterly service to come out and handle any issues and I can call in between services if issues arise at no additional cost. Had the entire yard treated for ants which is done annually and so far after over 4 months, still working great. Again, they come take care of the problem if it arises again at no additional cost.

I really like the idea of the same Tech for the most part over many years attending to the home. He had provided me insight on some drain flies signifying a leak and pin pointed the toilet to be the area even though there was no visible moisture or water. He was on target. The seals went bad. Goes beyond his call of duty.

I have always been impressed with Accurate Pest Control. I did switch companies a couple of years ago and was back with Accurate very soon after. The quality and customer service are excellent. Someone actually answers the phone when you call and they are always wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Accurate Pest Control.

They came same day I called. Great customer service. Was less expensive than others I had called. I just needed 1 time service. They spoke to me about their quarterly service but certainly didn't push it as others had tried to do. Serviceman (Vance) that came out was very polite and explained to me what he was doing. Honest and reliable! When all other pest control companies had to "inspect" the termite issue to up sale me on services, Accurate did not and came out to help me. They heard my concern and were able to fit me in for the next day house treatment. I'm really happy with this Company! Also, received better pricing!

My contract expires next month. Will not renew contract and I will search for company that annual contract covers all pest. All my past pest control Svc were individual contractors that have retired. I've never had issues with baby roaches which is a sign there is nesting going on. Accurate wants more $$ because certain bugs aren't covered under contract what a rip off.

I originally called Family Pest Control to remove squirrels in our attic, they referred me to Accurate Pest Control, because they were two weeks out. The manager came out to our home on Tuesday the 13th. He did a thorough assessment. He had us sign a proposal and service agreement to "apply appellant to the rear dome over the master bedroom and return 7-10 days & screen dome". $425.00 initial service.
